Fun game, I liked its gameplay loop. Also I liked its Paper Mario style hybrid of idle-battler and turn-based combat. It really flared my arthritis, so I had to return it, but otherwise I would have kept it. <3

If you played the original flash game, and loved it as much as I did, then this game is an absolute treat. It carries every bit of charm and fun from the first game, while providing more content and expanding on previous features. There's way more of a story, the mainline game is longer, training is far more elaborate, and there are a bunch of other new features that make this one feel like even more than a deluxe version of its predecessor. My only gripe for 100%ing the game would be how grindy it is to complete all the training achievements, but that's really only if you feel like it. Even if you never played the original, I would still recommend this game. You can complete the main story and do a bit more completionist stuff in under 10 hours, and there's some post-game content to keep you occupied as well. The music is delightful but I do wish they brought back a couple of the best songs from the original. That said, hearing the remade version of the title screen track was an emotional blast of nostalgia. The flash era charm really does live through this game.

It's okay. Better version of the original. If you wanna zone out and play a bunch of minigames, then see number go up, go ahead and buy this. I'd buy it on sale, though.
I remember playing the og Swords and Souls on the Armor Games site and seeing this release. Glad they kept many things the same -especially the museum and the lost children- and revamped the fighting mechanics. Thanks, SoulGame Studio.

Excelente juego con un concepto tan simple pero funciona a la perfección Jugué la versión clasica de swords & souls cuando era un niño y siempre me divertía con su gameplay, ahora con esta versión mejorada me propuse a completarlo al 100% y después de MUCHA paciencia para aumentar el poder de mi personaje, al fin pude terminar el juego :p Totalmente recomendado ya sea para pasar el rato o si eres una persona con paciencia para completar este juego por completo
