The setting is nuanced and interesting. The situations are deep and well thought out but... I'm three hours in and just stuck in endless meetings listening to people tell me how everything is getting worse but have no oppotunities to actually make any decisions. I've probably made like 3 actual decisions which might impact things after three hours of gameplay. I'm really bored ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of endlessly reading about how bad everything is going while not being able to do anything about it.

Годно. Долго. +-вариативно. Хороший текст и поднимаемые темы, двоякости. Хоть здесь и игровые условности присутствуют, где политически вредные решения должны вам дать очки бюджета для реализации других действий (иначе может не остаться деняк в нужный момент, например). Есть отсылки на реальность, забавляют. Глядеть на игрушку как на политическое учебное (в плане политологии) пособие или иллюстрацию, в полной мере, не стоит рассчитывать.
