An incredibly compelling and immersive political sim that makes me feel that it pays enough attention to the complexities of politics and history while simultaneously being snappy and fun

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

PRETTY GOOD GAME
I really friking good game. Sorland is punishing and i hear a lot of people complaining about difficulty, but even messing up here and there due to being ambitious, i got a nice ending. Rizia on the other hand has tested my patience. Its better than sorland in my opinion and the battles is a good minigame. But man, the route to be an absolutist was hard as hell. It is the first time I had to put a game on easy cause i couldnt do it on normal after two tries. Idk y i was doing something wrong or that this route was the hardest. Anyway. great game, if they make another DLC, ill buy it first day
man i love the game i can totally recommend and no youre a spineless weasel man
Suzerain is one of those games that constantly makes you think about every decision. Every choice feels important, and there are rarely any perfect answers. I love how the game forces you to balance the economy, politics, foreign relations, and your personal values at the same time. The writing is excellent, the world feels believable, and I found myself genuinely caring about the future of Sordland and the people around me. It's basically a political simulator mixed with an interactive novel, but somehow it keeps you on edge the whole time. What I enjoy most is that every playthrough can go in a completely different direction. You can try to be a reformer, a dictator, a capitalist, a socialist, or something in between, and the game reacts to your choices. Pros: • Deep and meaningful decision-making • Great writing and world-building • High replay value • Interesting political and economic systems • Your choices actually matter Cons: • Lots of reading (not really a con for me) • Can feel overwhelming at first After 9 hours, I can confidently say this is one of the best political strategy/story games I've played. If you enjoy games where choices have consequences and you like politics, economics, or nation-building, Suzerain is absolutely worth playing. 9/10
There's something incredibly sincere and deeply satisfying about this game. Perhaps it's because it does such an exceptional job of portraying its world, lore, and rich cast of characters. Whatever the reason, I found a genuine sense of accomplishment in pulling Sordland out of recession, reforming its corrupt justice system, revitalising welfare, and expanding equality for its citizens. On paper, it's essentially a beautifully presented dialogue-driven game with a few strategic map interactions. Yet that description completely undersells what it achieves. The codex is absolutely packed with fascinating information about the world's history, politics, cultures, and key figures, rewarding players who take the time to read and understand it. The soundtrack is also surprisingly excellent, providing exactly the right atmosphere during tense negotiations, emotional moments, and major political decisions. What impressed me most is that the game never falls into the trap of presenting obvious "good" or "bad" choices. Governing isn't about making everyone happy. It's about compromise, calculated risks, and accepting that every decision comes with consequences. You'll make allies, create enemies, and occasionally gamble everything for what you believe is best for your nation. The constant political manoeuvring, unexpected twists, and difficult moral dilemmas kept me invested from beginning to end. Being re-elected after navigating all of those challenges felt genuinely earned. If you enjoy reading, taking notes, immersing yourself in detailed world-building, and carefully considering the consequences of your decisions, this is an absolute hidden gem.
Yes.
Amazing game with a really interesting plot. Really your choices shape the whole course of the game and that brings to endless scenarios of playing and decisions to make. Rizia DLC is stunishing and excellent done with different additions that improve what it is the base game. Base game and Rizia campaigns are really amazing and enjoy to play with, I can't stop playing as I want to know how everything continues
Very well Written and Has More In depth In its World Building Than Anyone could ask for my only major Gripe is that it is way too unforgiving make one choice wrong Then All your plans Fail and you have to go back 4 hours over one Diologe choice that you misclicked and most of The Guide's On steam are outdated or just outright Wrong over 40 of my hours are just on guide's that did not work. Overall I give This Game A 7 out of 10 Its a great game But Incredibly Unforgiving.
