Survivor's Notes presents its zombie apocalypse through the lens of an interactive cinematic drama, placing narrative decisions ahead of traditional survival mechanics. Developed by MYSTERY CROWN and YESPLAY and published by MYSTERY CROWN, the experience combines live-action storytelling, branching choices, quick-time sequences, multiple protagonists, and different endings. Rather than sending players into an open world to collect supplies and fight endless hordes, it concentrates on the people caught inside the disaster and the consequences of decisions made under extraordinary pressure. The story begins in 2026 with Ji Xingchuan, a cartoonist who has repeatedly dreamed about a catastrophic future. Those visions inspire him to create Notes of the Survivor, but what initially seems like creative inspiration becomes far more disturbing when elements of his fictional apocalypse begin happening in reality. The situation becomes even stranger when he encounters Bai Yuan, a special forces soldier who has traveled from the devastated world of 2033. She knows what humanity is about to face and has returned to prevent the outbreak before civilization collapses. This time-travel premise gives the narrative an interesting emotional dilemma. Bai Yuan is attempting to destroy the very timeline that created her circumstances, meaning that success could fundamentally alter or erase the future she remembers. Ji Xingchuan occupies the opposite position, having glimpsed events he does not completely understand through his dreams. Bringing these two perspectives together creates a mystery in which information is deliberately fragmented, encouraging the player to discover how the visions, outbreak, future timeline, and characters are connected. Interaction primarily revolves around choosing responses and actions during filmed scenes. Decisions can redirect conversations, change relationships, affect whether characters survive, and eventually lead toward different outcomes. Quick-time events occasionally interrupt the more passive viewing sections, particularly during moments of danger. These sequences help provide urgency, although players should understand that the title remains much closer to an interactive movie or FMV adventure than a conventional action game. The branching structure is one of its most appealing features. Multiple endings encourage experimentation with alternative decisions, especially for players interested in uncovering every possible consequence. A choice that initially appears insignificant can influence later developments, making repeat playthroughs useful for understanding parts of the story that may remain hidden during the first run. The inclusion of numerous achievements further supports this completion-oriented approach. Atmosphere is another important component. Zombies provide the obvious physical threat, but the story also incorporates science fiction, psychological tension, mystery, violence, and the uncertainty created by changing history. Some scenes contain disturbing imagery, blood, mutilated bodies, and other mature material. The result is an experience that can move between character drama and considerably darker horror sequences without abandoning its central mystery. The production also has an unusual technical characteristic because the developers disclose the use of generative AI for in-game materials. This is significant enough that prospective players may want to consider it when deciding whether the presentation appeals to them. The game otherwise relies heavily on cinematic material, explaining its comparatively substantial storage requirements despite having relatively simple interactive mechanics. Its greatest weakness is that players looking for deep gameplay systems may find the experience restrictive. There is no elaborate crafting economy, large-scale exploration system, or complex combat model driving progression. Much of the player's time is spent watching performances and waiting for opportunities to choose an action. The quality of the experience therefore depends heavily on whether the mystery, characters, and branching narrative are compelling enough to maintain attention. Fans of FMV adventures and choice-driven visual novels are likely to be considerably more comfortable with this structure than players expecting a traditional zombie survival title. Steam Deck compatibility is currently best regarded as Unknown or Unverified rather than officially confirmed as Verified or Playable. Since the game relies heavily on video playback, decision prompts, and relatively straightforward interaction, its basic control structure appears suitable for handheld play, but the absence of an official compatibility designation means performance, video playback, text readability, and other Deck-specific behavior should not be assumed to work perfectly. Survivor's Notes ultimately succeeds more through its unusual narrative concept than through mechanical complexity. The combination of prophetic dreams, time travel, a collapsing civilization, two protagonists with different knowledge of the catastrophe, and decisions capable of changing the outcome gives the familiar zombie setting a more distinctive identity. Its cinematic structure will inevitably narrow its audience, but anyone who enjoys interactive dramas, alternate endings, science-fiction mysteries, and stories where decisions carry consequences may find it an intriguing experience worth replaying. 9个小时左右通完，当中很多小分支还没走。 开玩笑说3AI大作，但还真是有点东西 首先配音是后期专业配音，不是AI 画面可以说是目前看过AI制作最精良的，打斗戏动作精度不是那些AI短剧能比 剧情也能感觉的到是有细心打磨过的， 中期过渡的剧情会有点无聊，但到后三章可以说节奏紧凑越来越精彩 最终章还有一开始的伏笔回收和大反转 当然，AI制作还是避免不了有不少穿帮镜头，以及前后衔接割裂，算是目前AI的通病吧。 就个人而言，还挺喜欢这种作品，至少绝对完爆同价位那些纯靠卖肉擦边的垃圾影游 P.S: 其实对男女主的感情线有点无感，但改变时间线后看到阿坤和豆苗还是相遇了真好啊

我不知道大家怎样想，但我个人是有些排斥AI制作的影游。原因是先前看过多套AI短剧都有不同程度的违和感，例如某热播的短剧，竟然看到樱花由地上反地心吸力地升到天上的一幕 (不是落下)，虽然短短3-5秒，但也很鲜明地刻在我的记忆中。先前在Steam也玩过其他AI影游，很多是前文后理不对的！但是，在我通关后，令我惊讶： 1) 游戏流程有7小时以上，但不闷​​，真的不闷！ 2) 打斗场面很热血，看得很爽 3) 剧本的整体架构好过限多AI短剧 4) 暂时没找到前文我提到的崩位、违和感的地方 我不敢说将来AI影游能发展到怎样，但是这部作品暂时在我眼中肯定是目前AI影游中最好的！我是参与QQ群活动免费得到游戏的，但若果你问我会否花钱买入？答案是会买(重申，我是颇抗拒玩AI影游的)！我并非是因为免费得到所以为它说好话，主要是因为这游戏绝对合格有余(正如我说，目前最好了，还想怎样？)！试问现在的AI影游，那款能做到像真人影游般的级数？我的意思是，最低限度道制作成5小时的游戏时长吧？起码，我没玩过有的！再加上，这游戏的剧本、打斗场面真的很热血！我通关后的感觉和我玩完一款真人影游一样有满足感，单是这一点就会买了！ 期待这游戏制作成系列，期待幸存者笔记2的到来！

目前最好的AI影游

客观来说，虽然这游戏是AI互动影游，但整体玩下来，我个人感觉无论是剧情，制作，以及游玩体验上，一点都不寒酸。游戏的主要方向是末日丧尸，从游玩开始到最终结束，我觉得这个表述还是很贴合主题的，并没有偏离主题的感觉。虽然UI做的有点瑕疵，不过玩下来不会觉得太复杂，太繁琐。另外，游戏在打斗的诠释上，我只有三个字形容“泰酷辣”，虽然前半部分章节剧情稍微有点慢热，不过从第七章开始，剧情的打斗氛围越来越震撼。尤其是第八和第九章的部分，做的更出彩。 游戏单线大概6.5小时，全流程大概13小时左右。首发折扣仅需26，综合来看，无论是体量还是定价，我觉得既量大管饱，性价比也很足，
