Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 7 → 24.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome home! The award-winning sci-fi city builder is back - remastered, expanded, and more stunning than ever. Your mission: colonize Mars and survive the process, from exploration and infrastructure to welcoming human colonists and achieving long-term stability. There are new challenges to overcome, new strategies to plan, and now with an upgraded look and feel for a new generation of explorers.
All you need for this relaunched mission to create a thriving Martian settlement is a steady supply of resources, oxygen, decades of training, experience with sandstorms… and a curious attitude to discover the purpose of those weird black cubes that appeared out of nowhere. With a bit of sprucing up, this place is going to be awesome!
Surviving Mars: Relaunched brings together the original colony management game from Haemimont Games, its entire catalogue of expansions, improved and reworked, from major expansions to cosmetics and radio stations, as well as the all-new Martian Assembly update. Upgraded graphics together with updated UI will give veteran players the definitive Surviving Mars experience, and provide an ideal launch point for new commanders as well.
Are you ready? Mars is waiting for you.
The new Martian Assembly brings an expanded endgame challenge never seen in the original. Shape your Martian society through laws. Balance the needs and demands of your colonists, keep the peace and develop a long-term plan for Mars - up to and including independence from Earth!

Building a thriving colony on a planet not fit for human life brings its own challenges. Construct life-support systems, power grids, domes, and supply chains, and keep them running, because blackouts on a planet without oxygen are never a good idea. And you’re not alone. With the included ‘Space Race’ expansion, rival colonies backed by competing sponsors add even more pressure as you fight for resources and the future of Mars.

Balance critical resources like oxygen, water, power, and food to keep your colony alive. Drones build and maintain your infrastructure, while the revamped ‘Martian Express’ adds trains that move people and supplies across longer distances. Every colonist has their own needs and behaviors and smart management is essential for their survival.

Advance your colony through a deep research system that unlocks new buildings, production methods, and essential upgrades. Discover breakthroughs, resources, and hidden secrets reaching ‘Below & Beyond’ the Martian surface. With randomized maps, varied sponsors, and unpredictable Mysteries, every playthrough offers new challenges, and every decision shapes your story of survival and growth on Mars.

Terraforming is no longer a distant dream, it’s your next challenge. With the included ‘Green Planet’ expansion, you can engineer Mars into a more habitable world. As the environment transforms, introduce animal life with ‘Project Laika’, bringing the first creatures to thrive alongside your colonists. The future of Mars isn’t just survival, it’s building a self-sustaining, living planet.

I put off reviewing this game for a long while, because I was very conflicted on what to say. First of all the launch was extremely scummy, paradox basically knew players of the original game with DLC had no reason to buy this one, so they attempted to force it upon them in every way the possibly could, no matter how scummy. But this has been said, and in All honesty the game itself is good. It’s a remaster, I won’t say the graphics and mind Blowing but they are good, and a noticeable upgrade from the original. The game also consists of all DLC from the original, along with some new features. So yes, the launch was scummy and stuff, but the game is good, and I’ve made the decision to review the game and not The company behind it. Plus, the original game and all It’s DLC has been delisted from Steam, so if you’re looking to get into Surviving Mars it’s not like you have much of a choice. A solid 8/10.

late game is unplayable due to low FPS, lag, screen freeze and stutter. 15% CPU and 2% GPU reported in task manager. screwing with video, resolution, and graphics settings makes no difference.
188 Hours in the original release. Here's the deal, truthfully its Surviving Mars remastered, which means it is a good game and better than the original release, however the single political system and promises of better development practices do not quantify the cost at the moment. My review score is based on Surviving Mars: Relaunched as a game that I enjoy playing, below are further details on the release. Remaining as objective as possible, I do agree with the community sentiment of the release feeling "scummy", as if you read between the lines of the advertisements, it is pretty obvious the funding to re-develop the game "from the ground up" would come from an initial grant (per usual) and future sales from the launch and beyond. Based on my limited business understand and reviews for the seemingly failed "Surviving:" series by Paradox, the money typically allocated to Surviving Mars was probably spent on other projects, meaning it was necessary to acquire funding through re-releasing the project. Is this good on a consumer level, I don't think so, especially not how the release was framed as a total overhaul for "hype purposes. However, also understanding the efforts of developers (not including the business heads), I do understand the need to have a whole new project like this. Do I like re-buying the game, no. Would I recommend the upgrade in the current state... solid maybe. New players? I would always recommend Surviving Mars because I like the game.
Played some time. 200 sols. Game feels nice. Seems they are focused in making Asteroid traveling easier to understand. I'm giving positive because devs solved most community problems. I would very much love if from now on they would focus on the core of the game, not new mechanics. I will explain further. Most important improvements the devs could make is to understand we shouldn't need to do everything always at the same order. There's zero incentive to start going underground, even if it should protect people more than building regular domes. Zero incentive to divert resources for terraforming. So I guess most logical players will do base building, rush techs and industrialize more or less until they solve the mistery, then the rest. Thinking about it, maybe has something to do with all misteries being in the surface of Mars. Maybe the Weinersmith's book could spark the devs imagination of things to do in Mars to make the game less monotonic in its min-maxing strategy. Its fun to have things go south sometimes.
the newist update leaves more bug than it solved, the game is slowly become unplayable
This is barely a 'recommend' from me. I put over 200 hours in the first version and often found progress hampered by bugs. I never made it to full terraforming. I DID manage to do that in this version, but not without half my colonists trying to die (and almost always succeeding) by running marathons across the open Martian desert. Plenty of other bugs were totally manageable and relatively normal. There are still some notable design flaws that impede fun. Overall, I'm happy to have a reason to get back into Surviving Mars, and very pleased to have finished a run. I also think we deserve better, especially if we're paying money a second time.
It's now actually worth playing this over the original, it's different enough (and works better)
Ну нет, эта игра не заслужила такое количество хейта. Да, это та же игра, с дополнением и небольшой оптимизацией. Со скидкой в 50% смело можно взять
