Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 7 → 24.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

With a bit of sprucing up, this place is going to be awesome!
Surviving Mars: Relaunched brings together the original colony management game from Haemimont Games, its entire catalogue of expansions, improved and reworked, from major expansions to cosmetics and radio stations, as well as the all-new Martian Assembly update. Upgraded graphics together with updated UI will give veteran players the definitive Surviving Mars experience, and provide an ideal launch point for new commanders as well.
Are you ready? Mars is waiting for you.
The new Martian Assembly brings an expanded endgame challenge never seen in the original. Shape your Martian society through laws. Balance the needs and demands of your colonists, keep the peace and develop a long-term plan for Mars - up to and including independence from Earth!

Building a thriving colony on a planet not fit for human life brings its own challenges. Construct life-support systems, power grids, domes, and supply chains, and keep them running, because blackouts on a planet without oxygen are never a good idea. And you’re not alone. With the included ‘Space Race’ expansion, rival colonies backed by competing sponsors add even more pressure as you fight for resources and the future of Mars.

Balance critical resources like oxygen, water, power, and food to keep your colony alive. Drones build and maintain your infrastructure, while the revamped ‘Martian Express’ adds trains that move people and supplies across longer distances. Every colonist has their own needs and behaviors and smart management is essential for their survival.

Advance your colony through a deep research system that unlocks new buildings, production methods, and essential upgrades. Discover breakthroughs, resources, and hidden secrets reaching ‘Below & Beyond’ the Martian surface. With randomized maps, varied sponsors, and unpredictable Mysteries, every playthrough offers new challenges, and every decision shapes your story of survival and growth on Mars.

Terraforming is no longer a distant dream, it’s your next challenge. With the included ‘Green Planet’ expansion, you can engineer Mars into a more habitable world. As the environment transforms, introduce animal life with ‘Project Laika’, bringing the first creatures to thrive alongside your colonists. The future of Mars isn’t just survival, it’s building a self-sustaining, living planet.

Patch 1.0.7 game is still freezing, and the mod for "inspiring architecture" does not work for me. I do not recommend this game. Play the old one.
I'll start by saying that Surviving Mars (original) is one of my favourite games and have enjoyed hundreds of hours gameplay through many, many playthroughs. So, I was really pleased when development was resurrected and the game development would continue, Here's my honest review. My first playthrough of relaunched i got to 400 colonists, and there were so many game breaking bugs, I was about to write a negative review. Things like rockets stuck in an endless cycle of trying to take off (destroy was only fix), colonists deciding to walk half way across the map from their work place and suffocating, instead of getting on the train and the one that broke it was unemployment and homeless going out of control when there were plenty of job vacancies and homes (even in same dome). However, out came patch 1.0.4, and decided to playthrough again, and this was a massive improvement and I haven't came across anything yet that is too much of a problem and thoroughly enjoying it. Gameplay hasn't added to much from the original. Politics is the only real major addition, and does add another dimension. luckily they smoothed out the faction demands in the patch , which were annoying, but the addition is a positive one. UI has been improved, but not huge changes. I also noticed that a lot of the mods I used to run, seem to be in the base game now. Summary: Yes, ultimately having to pay again for a product that ultimately is just fixing the bugs that should have been fixed for free, however knowing that its got a development roadmap for the future, and I still enjoy playing it over knowing that each playthrough is different does make me happy. It is very rare to have a game that has such replayability, so I am thankful. So yes, I would recommend, and look forward to what is to come.

Great game, but it's riddled with bugs and I mean truly frustrating ones. For me, the most broken mechanics were the trains and tracks. If the developers fix these issues, the game will be a masterpiece, but right now, many of the bugs are completely game-breaking. Relaunched? I would say Re-Bugged teehee ^^
Played the original, was excited to play a less buggy version with all the DLC (even though i bought a lot on the original). On the very first playthrough, i encountered the freezing Inispiring Arch. gltich, which was present in the original, and made me stop playing then. I don't see how i could have been fooled into paying again to just experience the same issues. Tried the mod fix, didn't work. I've troubleshot enough, it's a lazy cashgrab instead of what should be a great game. Don't buy it.
Pretty buggy. I've played thousands of hours of the OG Surviving Mars. The Relaunched version has promise, but some things are absolutely terrible. Like, I'm surprised the devs let it go live with the asteroid mechanics the way they are. Today, the landers won't bring any cargo on board. I scan the asteroid, decide what resources I need to mine it, set the the lander to pull the resources, but nothing happens. The lander just refuels and sits there. No drones, no resources, nothing. I sent one lander to the asteroid hoping the resources would be there when it got there. Nope, nothing. Now I've got a lander on the asteroid with no drones or fuel. I can't even send another lander to get it. I can't even finish playing the map because i have no way of obtaining Exotic Minerals. I just have to hope I don't waste another few hours on the next map just find out I've got the same problem. I hope the devs are working on a fix. I assume the bugs will be worked out and the game will be good, but right now I can't recommend it.
I feel like I've payed this before. There's a few additions, mostly from DLC and/or mods. It's identical to the original, with some lipstick. My uncle used to say "a pig with lipstick on, is still a pig." I've requested a refund, after 88 minutes of play.
The ONLY reason to get this game is to get updated support since the developers have apparently abandoned the original game. Mods are less than ideal, colonists randomly start running across the map killing themselves, various other bugs. Avoid purchasing as long as you can.
Whilst there are some improvements to the original. The actual enjoyment of the game has been destroyed... The BIGGEST issue is that rockets no longer automatically refuel or load Rare metals.... The rocket reload/ destination screen has been ruined/ overcomplicated for no reason! The political voting rubbish negates several 'Breakthrough' Techs. Overall, 'relaunched' is a massive disappointment!
It took a few patches, but after version 1.06 I can finally recommend this game to both new players and veterans of the original. In Relaunched version most of the bugs from original game (especially B&B and trains DLCs) are fixed, system is improved, and there is better integration of underground and surface gameplay, along with many UI and quality-of-life changes. Things like the reworked elevator system, train fixes, asteroid resource managment, and numerous colonist, politics, and visual bug fixes make the experience noticeably smoother than at launch. Compared to the original version, the relaunched edition now feels more cohesive, with improved interface clarity and several mechanics that work more reliably after the recent patches. The developers also seem committed to ongoing support, as updates continue to address major gameplay issues and polish core systems. If the game continues improving at this pace, the upcoming DLCs could make this the must have version of Surviving Mars.
