Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 7 → 24.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome home! The award-winning sci-fi city builder is back - remastered, expanded, and more stunning than ever. Your mission: colonize Mars and survive the process, from exploration and infrastructure to welcoming human colonists and achieving long-term stability. There are new challenges to overcome, new strategies to plan, and now with an upgraded look and feel for a new generation of explorers.
All you need for this relaunched mission to create a thriving Martian settlement is a steady supply of resources, oxygen, decades of training, experience with sandstorms… and a curious attitude to discover the purpose of those weird black cubes that appeared out of nowhere. With a bit of sprucing up, this place is going to be awesome!
Surviving Mars: Relaunched brings together the original colony management game from Haemimont Games, its entire catalogue of expansions, improved and reworked, from major expansions to cosmetics and radio stations, as well as the all-new Martian Assembly update. Upgraded graphics together with updated UI will give veteran players the definitive Surviving Mars experience, and provide an ideal launch point for new commanders as well.
Are you ready? Mars is waiting for you.
The new Martian Assembly brings an expanded endgame challenge never seen in the original. Shape your Martian society through laws. Balance the needs and demands of your colonists, keep the peace and develop a long-term plan for Mars - up to and including independence from Earth!

Building a thriving colony on a planet not fit for human life brings its own challenges. Construct life-support systems, power grids, domes, and supply chains, and keep them running, because blackouts on a planet without oxygen are never a good idea. And you’re not alone. With the included ‘Space Race’ expansion, rival colonies backed by competing sponsors add even more pressure as you fight for resources and the future of Mars.

Balance critical resources like oxygen, water, power, and food to keep your colony alive. Drones build and maintain your infrastructure, while the revamped ‘Martian Express’ adds trains that move people and supplies across longer distances. Every colonist has their own needs and behaviors and smart management is essential for their survival.

Advance your colony through a deep research system that unlocks new buildings, production methods, and essential upgrades. Discover breakthroughs, resources, and hidden secrets reaching ‘Below & Beyond’ the Martian surface. With randomized maps, varied sponsors, and unpredictable Mysteries, every playthrough offers new challenges, and every decision shapes your story of survival and growth on Mars.

Terraforming is no longer a distant dream, it’s your next challenge. With the included ‘Green Planet’ expansion, you can engineer Mars into a more habitable world. As the environment transforms, introduce animal life with ‘Project Laika’, bringing the first creatures to thrive alongside your colonists. The future of Mars isn’t just survival, it’s building a self-sustaining, living planet.

Reviews
among the other issues everyone else has already mentioned, the consistency that control is taken away from the player is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ irritating. messages constantly pop up about anomalies or stupid political ♥♥♥♥ while you're in the middle of trying to place buildings, which kicks you out of the build menu even with wires or cables
So buggy and a lot of features they created in later patches of the original game such as simply being able to rotate a large wind turbine are gone. It's like they took the 1.0 build of the original game and ignored every fix and quality of life change they made afterwards. Just go back and play the original and avoid this.

I'm not sure if it's my computer or bad optimization but there's heavy slowdown and stuttering midway through the game.
Absolute Scam from Paradox. If you Never owned Surviving Mars sure get it, Other than that there is no reason to if you Own the original game keep playing that its the exact same and Paradox just Pulled a greed move rereleasing the same game. The Politics system is new but honestly just annoying bc if you dont always participate in their sessions and do errands for them or build stuff for them they will dislike you and revoke laws you passed, Thus making the whole thing super annoying especially late game as you need to do pretty much random stuff without reason. I Wouldnt Recommend Buying this game i liked the original and will perhaps play it time to time, yet i hope i get this refunded bc its not really a great move from Paradox.
Still buggy even after 1.0.7 update. The game got better but it doesnt change the fact every 20 sols or so a bug will show up and we are not talking about the small one bug but game breaking bugs like stuck rocket. Stuck People inside the Dome passage ways. Even the new content has some strange bugs for example if you have only one partie in your colony (due to law changes) the another parties will still try revolved inside the Assembly even if there dont exist there anymore even if remove all support from them they still doing that. Even the game say they drop out of Assembly they are not really out. I must however added the devs added and change a lot of stuff like that you will notices when you play the game that was long issue in the old game and got fixed here. However it doesnt make up for the fact that this version is still a beta. Not a alpha version anymore but a beta version that still work in progress.
The newly added politics content feels like AI slop :-( The quotes for politics are generic and gives off a strong AI-generated vibe, and the faction favor mechanic feels out of the blue and doesn't really make sense story-wise. I fear that the devs were taking a wrong turn for this game's development (I mean wrong for my personal taste). Ever since the abstraction team took over and then fired, it feels like the game is focusing too much on adding half-baked gameplay, while neglecting the overall vibe of what makes the game surviving mars---a grand sci-fi with a twist of lighthearted care-free sarcasm. It was evident in the trailers of the original surviving mars; but now with the relaunched version, these vibes are all faded and stiffened, as the game starts to feel soulless. But anyway, let's see if the devs will improve it in the upcoming years. The game could certainly use some more bug-fixes (haven't seen any game-breaking ones, but they certainly do exist). Meanwhile, I personally would recommend any returning players to perhaps wait and see? (The game is okay if you haven't played the original, but if you are like me and owns the original version with most of DLCs... then the current state of the game, as of early 2026, doesn't really justify the extra money it asks.)
Really a fantastic game. fixes continue to come our regularly and the new tech tree along with the DLC is well worth it. THIS is what this game SHOULD have been from the beginning.
This game is awesome, I'll admit it. And any new game releasing is bound to have bugs and glitches, we all know it. But I literally just cannot play the game anymore. Any time I log in to my 360+ Sol game, my game doesn't move at all, it freezes, without crashing. The game is literally, unplayable. A save I have spent over 20 hours on is gone just like that. And the worst part, it's that any earlier saves (even from release day), get the same bug. I have tried checking if the issue was caused by mods, and when I removed the ones that were updated lately / outdated, NOTHING changed. I'm literally sad that this game has a few big bugs like this one, and I will probably not play it for some time until most of the issues are fixed. IF YOU WANT TO BUY THE GAME, GO ON, ITS AMAZING, BUT BE PREPARED THAT YOU MIGHT LOSE THE ABILITY TO PLAY THE GAME JUST LIKE I DID.
I loved the original game and it was smooth on my laptop. This game starts lagging after some time an freezes from time to time. Also the improvements are not enough to explain making a relaunch out of it. At this moment I can´t recommend buying it.
This was NOT worth repurchasing. The trains are more bugged than before, the political system is damm impossible and always end up with 1000s of renegades. absolute bs.
