Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Writing this at nearly 20 hours, from the perspective of a series fan (Patreon backer) with a love for the characters and a general like of strategy games. General impressions so far: - Vast improvement in the realm of gameplay, does indeed have that nice turn based feel with powers and RNG that loves you and hates you in equal measure. Feels like there's many different build strategies you can go with. - Ship sailing doesn't quite feel like ship sailing you're used in other sailing games, but could be that this aspect leans more towards heavier ships that are likely more present later in the game. - The setting is quite something, you can feel like there is a sense of history to the world, as much as the original Sunrider had. That being said, the game doesn't really deeply immerse you in its locations; I wish I could spend more time to learn more of the world than what the game has been delivering so far. - The characters are all back and are familiar, but not exactly the same as their sci-fi counterparts. Some feel better with more depth (Kayto) some are different enough that it feels like a bit of a downgrade (Ava) comparatively. This is a matter of personal taste though, overall. With that being said, it really doesn't seem like we spend enough time with the characters to get good development overall, at least not in the portion of the game I've experienced so far. Overall I'd describe the characterization as "a bit dry" but they are still characters will personalities for sure. TL;DR: 20'ish hours in Gameplay is quite good, seems to have many viable strategies Worldbuilding is good, but feels lacking in depth in places. Characters do have some presence and interaction, but I am left wanting more to happen; I think this will open up more as I progress through. I hate elves even more >:[ This is the game that Sunrider 4 should have been.

Glad to have a new Sunrider game to play. I'm loving the new things they've added like the baking and ship boarding mechanics.
Coming into tactics, i was actually half way into a sunrider 4 ng+ saw this game 2 days before it released checking in if sunrider 5 had been announced yet and it was a nice surprise. Although this game makes me wish for a neutral review option. I've not finished the core story yet, but i think i am at most only 4-5 missions away if not less. To start with the good. This game is a love letter from the devs to the series long time enjoyers and has a lot of fun references, minor changes, etc to just make the game really enjoyable to previous fans. On of this, its also a lot more accessible, as good as sunrider 4 is, 1-3 aren't really the best games and seeing you need 3 games to lead up to a 4 can turn a lot of people away so i think legends tactics is a lot more easy to just get into, and you don't need to know everything from the other games to be following here, yes somethings won't hit the same but it is all here. the game mechanically and frame wise is fantastic, taking systems that felt unifinished or underused in sunrider 4 and fully fleshing them out here in fantastic ways. getting rid of the selection stuff for the ryders and the predetermined affinity rewards and giving us a pool we get to select from as we get more score is a great change and one i hope follows into sunrider 5, and as much as i don't think everything will translate well like the cannon and reload system i do think it only needs minor tweaking to get the sci fi theme back and still ahead of sunrider 4. but seeing the under utilized multishot assault be turned into this fully fleshed out reload, directional cannons, etc system is a great rework of it. the rpgbattle segments as the game calls them are also a lot better than the ruvian temple sections in sunrider 4, and i would be glad to see these stay, and now that they have a good subsystem mechanic, now maybe look into adding maps and navigation puzzles to the rpgbattle system now that they have a better foundation. the core ships not being able to be upgraded with the in game money, and the money largely being for the secondary boarding actions which can be won defensively fairly well without needing too much money investment also feels great. i do kinda wish or some more ship options and customization, but keeping the money to being for the rpg segements and looting ships for the ship segments is a really good layer of seperation which i do think needs to stay. its not good to force players to pick between spending the money for the ships or the action sections, plus the affinity already does that choosing between the two. but to start going into the negative, this game as its mechanics and framework is great, its level design is just... really really bad. to give an example of a mission i've done without context, i had to go attack a fort, destroy it, then survive for 20 turns. i spawned in the west, and enemy forces came from the north, south, and east, with the fort in the center. seeing some natural rock formations just outside of where i spawned, i holed up their and formed a cannon wall, with the fort still decently in range of my larger ships. i then just held there. once i destoryed the fort more reinforcements spawned from the east which the game makes out to be a massive fleet, but they were all... mid tier to low tier ships and not enough of them to be a real threat. but the game gives me a, if i can hold them and keep them in the east a map effect that will kill them all. now since the map never pushed me off the west i of course was in no spot to do so, so all 7 new ships sailed past the map effect with no damage, and then split going north and south over the fort. which i then used the main ship alone to decimate the entire northern portion, and 3 of my 4 other ships to easily destory the southern part as they sailed in one at a time with me pulling them ahead with some player skills. supposed to be a major assault, and i ended it like 7 turns early, ignored the map effect to help me, and never left my spawn really. oh and i'm playing on the hardest real difficulty. as the actual hardest difficulty is generally untested and supposed to be a mega challenge with this dev. in fact almost every map can effectively be won by just making a cannon line near spawn and letting the enemy rush you, and on the few missions you have to reach X area, the game underspawns enemies so they are the easiest fights. its still a fun game, but the maps are just really really poorly made and very easy to win unless you do stuff for fun, like purposefully choosing a bad ship and not replacing it because of a theme. like having a bunch of pirate extra crew people on a converted pirate whaling vessal thats just worse than a lot of the later game ship options.
I've played all the other Sunrider games. I bought this when it came out, played it, didn't like the changes, and dropped it for 4 months. Came back at it fresh with no expectations, and I really have grown to appreciate this game for what it is. This team is excellent at creating turn based battle systems, and the charicters are fleshed out enough to make the plot compelling. If you played the other games, come at this with fresh expectations. If you are new, be ready to experience the low budget charm this game has to offer. If I had **** you money, I would throw a good chunk at this dev team. Buy it full price, support a team that continues to do good work.
More or less a fantasy retelling of the adventures our favourite white haired harlot and his dysfunctional harem. A lot of the plot feels recycled, but in a good way - every familiar moment feels welcomed and refreshing, rather than exhaustive. It acts more like a nostalgic cameo, retelling moments with a twist, and because of that I've actually been enjoying it quite a bit. Everyone's made a return in this grand adventure, and the way they're portrayed is pretty well done - they did a certain rotund gentleman dirty and it make me chuckle quite a bit. That being said; I am not really a fan of ye olde pirate stuff, and because of that I was very apprehensive about backing it on patreon. Not everything feels fully cooked either, but some minor improvements would make them fine. The bakery, whilst cool, is actually not all that helpful; If you need to actually use that single use snack, you're already in a bad position, and it's not gonna help you much. I would suggest reducing the effectiveness of the items and just giving us a drop-down menu that we can pick from every turn if we need to. I do like the ship loadout menu in place of ship upgrades, and the ability to grind out side missions is a blessing, but without having the upgrades menu it makes having equipment extremely important, and getting the items you want is more or less a dice roll on successful boardings. Speaking of boardings, the morale bar is not that great. If I successfully board and sink five ships I should not have like one turn of morale, it should be through the roof, cmon. Whatever jank there is can be ironed out, so these are really just nitpicks. I'm also (jokingly) upset that I couldn't dome chigara the moment we first see her, and I just hope she's not forced on us again for plot reasons. Overall I'd say it's worth getting if you enjoyed Love in Space's previous games. I know I've been enjoying it. [edit: I fixed a couple of grammatical errors, I'm tired]
有跳幫搶船的海戰遊戲就是好遊戲
well its a okish spinoff of the first game. pretty much largely the same story in a different setting (and of course different gameplay). if you are familiar with the original there is little "new" story to discover. characters are still goofy and your everyday anime cliches. gameplaywise it starts very strong untill the moment you realize there is no reason to not bring your biggest ships in every mission. there is hardly any downside, since all missions give you infinite turns and the ai will always move torwards you, so you can simply park your "ships of the line" in a (you know) line and fire broadside after broadside. the enemy's ship of the line also wont engage you on the same ranges you can reliably engage them, so you get like 1-3 turns (depending on wind) of free braodsides before they actually return fire (in which case they are usually sunk or near sunk). also the variety is pretty luck luster since the setting doesnt realy allow much in terms of different wepanory. sure you get special weapons like the fire rockets, mortar or harpune, but those are hardly used (minus maybe the harpune for boarding) since its usually better to just use your cannons (round/chainshoot) and they dont run out of amo unlike special weapons. and now boarding: cool idea terrible basic execution. its basically turnbased rpg, but the ai is stupid as hell and abillitys have unecesarry restrictions and for the most part are never used, since your combat units take ages to fill their special bar and the units that fill the bar rather quick have mostly useless abillitys and you are better of just sloting 3 fighters and a healer anyways. then there is the problem of locking you into a bad end if you chose a specific route and did clear a sidemission to fast (yes you get punished for beeing to good) or you didnt clear it at all. anoying as hell since its near the end of the playthrough and you effectivly wasted alot of hours if you dont have an older save. then there is the new game + which sounds interesting but basically has the same problems as the normal game has: park ships in line and win. in new+ i had like 10ships instakilling anything in range (and i did play normal and ng+ on the highest difficulty) since you cant get the character endings untill you beat ng+ with all chars it adds unecesarry grind/ pats the playtime with then piss easy missions. even worse if you beat ng+ you cant simply do it again. you need a new save starting on normal and beat it again. now granted the game tells you to create a save at the end of normal to have easy access to ng+, but i dont see the point of not letting me play on ng++ with my original save file. so to 100% the game you effectively play the game 2-4x (depending if you softlock yourself into bad end) which is just terrible gamedesign. all in all good spinoff idea, but lacking in the gameplay mechanics departemnt and the enemy ai. missions get very repetative after a few fights 6.5/10
It's good! What I've come to expect from LiS. Fun, likable characters, solid writing and narrative, pretty art, non-fatiguing music, challenging and decently satisfying turn-based combat that I think is the best in the series so far. And plenty of content; while I have gotten credits, I haven't seen all there is to see and will need to replay at least one more time from the top to get it all, not to mention loading saves at branch points. For VN fans, I can recommend thanks to Narrative mode or custom difficulty settings; for strategy fans, I can recommend due to the fairly complex but comprehensive turn-based gameplay; and for Sunrider fans, I can mostly recommend because it's broadly more of the same (like Captain's Return, no hard adult content, though...)
