Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Sep 14 → 1.83/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Rediscover game night with Sunderfolk, a tactical co-op RPG built to bring people together. Whether teaming up across the globe via online multiplayer with a mouse and keyboard or playing couch co-op with phones as controllers, Sunderfolk adapts to your group. It’s your party, your plan, and your story to tell.

Playing with phone controls? Only the host needs to own the game! Friends join for free using the free Sunderfolk Controller app as their hand of cards, guidebook, and controller. Just scan a QR code on a shared screen to jump right in.

If you prefer a traditional PC experience you can team up with friends seamlessly through native online multiplayer. Control your heroes directly using full mouse and keyboard support, with your skill cards and stats integrated right on your screen (online multiplayer requires each player to own a copy of the game).

Start your campaign and take on challenging missions together. Use powerful skill cards, choose your turn order, and plan every move. Outsmart enemies, adapt your tactics, and face down epic bosses.

Between battles, unwind in the charming village of Arden. Upgrade shops, discover gear, share hearty meals, and connect with locals—some of whom may spark something more than friendship.

The magic of gathering around the table, without the setup. Whether you're passing around snacks on the couch or strategizing over voice chat online, Sunderfolk brings friends and families together through thoughtful strategy and shared laughs. It’s game night exactly the way it should be.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, Epic, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Playing on the hardest difficulty, it took a lot of planning out strategies with my friends, moving out of range, swapping with each other, pulling enemies together for great combos, then get killed cuz that one enemy decided to roll a +2 and one shot someone... etc. The classes are pretty unique too, some easier than others, and some more underwhelming than others (sad bard noises). Overall it was very fun. Sadly we didn't get much time to play throughout free weekend, would loved to finish the game with my friends. It's just too expensive for us to afford. (The single player experience could definitely be improved. Swapping through all 4 character level up screens, waiting for the game to register I haven't watch the level up animations for this character alone takes a few seconds, then the anims were somewhat slow, then changing gear for each character could definitely be streamlined more)
I played the ferret but then I played the raven. Pretty fun. There is literally one lady doing a different voice for every character and that's pretty funny too. A+.

Incredible experience, easy to learn for new players on the genere. I played with my gf, the phone controler is really good and confortable, because each of us can play and do stuff at the same time, and thats is excelent when u are on the same couch. Play together on the tv is super easy and fast. I really expect that u guys implement the phone controler on ur next game "shadow stone" too, I really want to play that too in the same way.
You can rename most things, from abilities to enemies to buildings in town, to slurs. Very funny. No filter. Very much worth the 0 dollars spent during the free weekend.
Bought it after patch 2.0, so now we play it in hotseat mode on the PC with mouse/keyboard, which is fine for us.
up-to-four player into the breach with a longer, not rogue-lite campaign. pretty fun just for that alone. there's an element of RNG in the "fate deck" that can be a little annoying when it prevents you from doing lethal, but you can stack some really nice buffs in it so that doesn't feel like much of a problem too often.
Great for couch co-op. Sometimes I get disconnected using the phone app and it can get annoying reconnecting, but it is usually fast and reliable for the most part. Great simplistic rules from gloom for people being introduced to the genre with still some complexity and strategy to get a good enough taste of the fun
This game surprised us during the free to play weekend and we all purchased it on sale. This game reminded me of a simple version of BG3 (Not a bad thing) and also classic board game nights with loved ones. Solo play is easier since you can plan everyone's moves, but co-op gets a little chaotic whenever fighting over loot or who gets to use their ultimate first. No character felt "OP" and they all played an important role to winning. Sunderfolk is not TOO difficult, but it can be punishing if you don't plan your moves ahead or work as a team. There are also multiple difficulties to challenge yourself further on multiple playthroughs. The voice actor did an awesome job handling that many different characters and personalities!! FINAL THOUGHTS: The game is very solid solo and better with friends. I found this game better than I anticipated. Go into it with an open mind and let the world develop in front of you. It's a fun puzzle game.
Updated: Mouse & Keyboard update is great. Remote Play together is an option if doing Couch Co-Op mode + Phones, so Discord / Teams isn't needed anymore. Unfortunately, 2 M&K players can't host for a Mobile App player, so all players need to agree on an input mode. The mobile app gimmick had to have hurt this, the game should be far more popular than it is. That said, I was very skeptical about mobile app controls after being burned on PS4 titles tthat had similar features until the apps stopped getting updates and the games became unplayable. That said, this plays fantastic and reminds me of a less hardcore Gloomhaven mixed with Mechs vs Minions. The game is a blast to play with friends and the mobile controls work quite well. Really excited to see the M&K update launch for additional control options. This was on my radar for a while, glad they announced the upcoming update, it finally pushed me into trying the trial out and that made it an instabuy for me.
fun game and couch party has a great app and works well
