Oh lord, this game should be mandatory for everyone who owns a controller. Probably the best brawler ever, beautiful animation, outstanding character design... and the music is on another level. If you're looking for a S-tier brawler you have to play this.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Remember streets of rage on Sega's 16bit console? Remember how simple it was to get into? Remember the awesome gamplay? Well, this is all that and then some more. If you haven't played the older installments yet, then please try to do so. You won't miss a whole lot, but the first games were very entertaining. This fourth installment is one cool game to just play for a few hours. Alone, or even better. With friends or other people playing this game. If i would have to rate this game then i would give this 8 out of 10 points. RECOMMENDED!!!
One of my earliest childhood gaming experiences was playing Final Fight in the Arcades and being blown away by it. It was my favorite game I wanted to come to consoles and always looked up information I could read on when it would and was super excited when it did arrive on SNES but without Guy and also altered a bit. I havent mentioned SoR as a series because I was only a final fight player. As biased as that is, there is no doubt in my mind that this SoR4 is the creme de la creme, S tier modern brawler. SoR4, though a different franchise, essentially is a proper implementation of the best beat em up mechanics and gameplay in the present day as of this writing. The animation is top notch as well are the moves to execute to a rocking soundtrack. Everything just flows like water. There is a ton of replayability in the DLC that adds a super engaging rougelike element that is so much fun to play. These crawlers truly are prime candidates for rougue-like content. I have seen complaints of the game being short but honestly, it was longer than I anticipated given that I read some people beat the game in 2 hours?! I think there are 12 or 13 phases to the story and I played on the slightly above average difficulty and found the game perfectly paced. There is a training mode to practice some of the basic mechanics and that is a good addition to this side scroller. The mechanic that caught my attention is the health system and it being intertwined with the special move. These games are notorious for having special moves that helps clear out the mobs attacking from both sides of the screen. While that remains the same, when you use the special moves, you lose a bit of health that only regenerates with successful attacks. Well, successful uninterrupted attacks! If you get hit, you lose the health that is essentially sitting in escrow from using the special moves. It really isnt a dire situation as the health it takes is not very much and typically you can hit the enemy a few times to get the health back. However it IS a game changer that requires strategy and knowing the basics. Overall, this is the game to hold others to benchmark in this genre. As highly touted the recent Absolum game is, I still think this game is still better, though I havent played the TMNT game which I know is really good. Easily a 9.5/10 for a side scrolling beat em up. Animations are top tier, OST is S tier, with great post game content to keep replayability high.
I don't quite get why this game has such a high rating. The boss design is just garbage. They are immune to pretty much anything that makes your character actually interesting to play. There is almost no skill involved. Bosses feel like they were designed to sucker coins out of kids at an arcade rather than be fun and interesting gameplay.
Ele estabelece a viabilidade a longo prazo do gênero beat 'em up.
