This game in many ways finished possibly five or six updates ago, but TERNOX being the chad he is decided to make his dream game come to life with even more updates, addons, in-depth mechanics to essentially build the paradise and subsequent hell of 80's Japan bubble-economy madness. I say the above as when it was in 'early' early access it already felt rather well built for its release, and had some rougher edges but coming back to it time and time again and finding the new substantial updates has very much made it into a sandbox life-sim that I guess also has stocks as the driving narrative. Buy low, sell high, see the company you've been sailing on plummet to nothing because of terrible management decisions (like real life :0), buy a ♥♥♥♥ car that burns in a horrific fire every six months, have your apartment go the same way, make it all back because another company just soared on the loan you just took out while also winning that blackjack hand you needed--then subsequently have it all get taken away in just one pachinko game. This game honestly has it all, you can make your fortune on many different markets, whether you're buying metals/oil/property for the long-con, or just riding the stock market on 3x speed hoping to sell at just the right time or hodl as much as you can. The stock market is as gamey or real as you want it to be (I suggest just playing on the realistic settings as it really is the definitive experience). This isn't even mentioning the life-sim aspects of having to manage stress, getting plastered with friends to deal with stress, playing golf with friends to deal with stress, dating Amy to deal with stress (still waiting for that romance update TERNOX DAMN), and the many other city romps that help enhance the image of being a degenerate stock broker in Japan. Now you can marry people too for zaibatsu shenanigans but not AMY YET TERNOX, DAMN. This isn't even mentioning the whole Yakuza underground aspect where you can make some solid cash before possibly getting killed by same Yakuza because you accidentally sold that stock you were holding for them because of a bad pachinko run. Anyways, masterpiece of a game. Would buy three times over (already bought it twice here and on GOG) if it means TERNOX is forever chained in the basement making new updates.

Buy this is u are anti-Sony since they removed this game (and others from this Dev) from the store. As for what this game is, the best i could describe it is, its that 1 horsey game but instead of horses its stocks with less visuals and more text. there are also other games inside the game Alien Invaders Horse Racing Poker Blackjack Fishing Panchiko (which i just cant win) Claw Machine and maybe more which i havent discovered yet -1 no tutorial - I had no idea what to do when i opened the game and figured out Debtor is the best newb trait to learn with more starting money and more debt and lowkey i started having fun because of it. i hated my first save xD Also dont forget about Playstation 30 days to renew game licenses or else No physical discs Dynamic prices (if u are buying often u have to spend more to buy a game compared to some1 who doesnt buy often) ID Verification Bloating games with spyware. Singleplayer games stay on the PS while only Live-Service games will come to pc.

I have almost no education when it comes to stocks, but for some reason decided I would try this game anyway. Turns out, it's less a stock market simulator than a whirlwind of random life events that kick you right in the wallet while you try your best to make sound investments with little to no info on a very cute interface with super upbeat music. I can already see myself broke and homeless in this game but it's so fun! [b]Edit after starting a new playthrough: [/b] This game will TAKE OVER your days if you let it lol. It's already amazing even in Early Access - I can't stop admiring the polished UI, the color and music changes for the seasons, the constant (yet addictive) popups for your earnings and life events, and even Amy's occasional dialogues (though I'm hoping for more city backdrop variations when going on walks). I suck at the minigames and still love them too. And even though the game felt difficult even in "Easy" mode, I managed to push through to own 100% of Tokyo's real estate and am currently trying to buy up every company left in the game. If you've ever fantasized about being a Filthy Rich Business Tycoon 3000 (with maybe a dash of insider trading if you so desire), this is the game for you!!! Keep up the awesome work devs.

not typically my kind of game but it has the special sauce that makes it well worth playing. ok maybe i'm gonna sound like a prude but i genuinely would appreciate a setting or something to turn off the overly sexualized, mindless character that gets shoved in your face. or let them wear normal clothes that humans wear
