A poor execution of a game that could've been great. I tried to get into it, but you're essentially following how the devs wanted the game to be played, with tons of monotony, and no room for freedom.

It's just a bad game. Too fast of a pace. Developer and Designer system also too confusing.

It's a good game, I just struggle to find any kind of replayability out of it. Once you'd played it through, there's not much fun to be had in doing it all again. However, it is definitely a solid game, and worth a playthrough. I'd give it a 6/10 and a recommend.

Not fun at all. maybe its to complex but i just feel like its unbalanced and doesnt seem polished enough

Startup Company: Is a fun business simulator, but it is definitely only for certain players. The idea is great. You start as the CEO of a small tech startup and try to grow your company into a major website business. You hire employees, build office space, create components, develop features, manage servers, handle contracts, and try to compete with bigger tech companies. For a strategy or simulation fan, the early and mid-game can be really satisfying. The gameplay loop is fun at first. You are always hiring, upgrading, expanding, and trying to make your company more efficient. But after a while, it does become repetitive, slow, and frustrating. The game has good ideas, but the grind starts to stand out the longer you play. The 100% completion is the biggest issue for me. It is a real grind and becomes annoying and too long. I enjoyed the game, but going for everything made some parts feel more like work than fun. I would recommend Startup Company to strategy fans and simulator fans who enjoy business management games and slow progress. If you want a quick or exciting 100%, this is not the game for you. Overall, it is fun, but the grind holds it back.
