Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 14 → 6.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Starship Troopers: Extermination is a pulse-pounding, 16-player co-op first-person shooter that drops you onto the far-off frontlines of an all-out planetary war. Squad up, grab your Morita Assault Rifle, and reclaim vast planets from the Arachnid threat. In this fight, survival isn't guaranteed, but service guarantees citizenship!
The Bug menace is spreading. Retake and rebuild strategic bases, construct refineries, and complete high-stakes objectives to wrest control from the swarm. With massive maps featuring unique environmental hazards—from the blinding sandstorms of Valaka to the volcanic hellfire of Agni Prime—every mission is a desperate struggle for humanity’s future.
Up to 16-Player Co-Op: Coordinate between your squads to defend objectives, gather resources, and build the ultimate fortress.
Strategic Base Building: Use the refined ping system and building tools to erect walls, towers, and ammo stations in real-time.
The Carnage System: Experience the visceral reality of war as Bug corpses pile up, creating persistent physical terrain that changes the battlefield.
Intense Class-Based Combat: Master six distinct classes, each with deep progression, unique weapons, and specialized perks.
Dynamic Environment: The Bug menace is not the only thing you’ll have to contend with. The game features a time of day and dynamic weather system, which can help or hinder your cause.
The Ranger (Assault Infantry)
The Ranger is the premier boots-on-the-ground combatant, built for speed and agility. Equipped with a specialized jetpack, Rangers can rapidly traverse the battlefield to scout objectives or execute hit-and-run strikes. They excel in close-quarters combat, utilizing a versatile arsenal to keep the swarm at bay while maintaining high survivability. Whether flanking a Tiger Elite or rushing to a distant refinery, the Ranger’s mobility ensures they are always where the fighting is thickest. For the Trooper who wants to stay nimble and lethal, the Ranger is the ultimate tip of the spear.
The Sniper (Marksman/Recon) The Sniper serves as the eyes and ears of the Vanguard. Utilizing jump jets to reach high vantage points, they provide unparalleled reconnaissance and long-range fire support. Armed with the Morita XXX Sniper Rifle, they specialize in neutralizing high-priority threats like Plasma Grenadiers and Gunners before they can decimate the squad. The Sniper’s role is critical for identifying incoming waves and ensuring the team isn't blindsided. By perching atop mountains of dead bugs or high ridges, they can turn the hostile environment into a hunter's paradise, picking off Arachnids with surgical precision.
The Demolisher (Explosives Specialist) When the swarm becomes an impenetrable wall, the Demolisher breaks it. This class is an expert in all things explosive, trading subtlety for raw, area-of-effect destruction. Carrying a heavy mortar system on their back and a variety of grenade launchers, they can evaporate entire packs of Drones and Warriors in a single volley. The Demolisher thrives in high-pressure sieges, using their "Watkins Trigger" to clear out bug-infested zones. They are the heavy hitters necessary for holding the line during extraction, ensuring that no matter how many bugs arrive, they leave as green mist.
The Guardian (Heavy Defense) The Guardian is the Federation’s foremost defensive juggernaut. Clad in hardened armor plates and wielding the Morita MK3 SAW, they are built to anchor the frontline. Their core ability, Siege Mode, allows them to hunker down, increasing defensive stats and weapon stability at the cost of mobility. This makes them human turrets, capable of suppressing massive hordes while protecting more fragile teammates. If a base wall falls, the Guardian stands in the gap. They don't just kill bugs; they hold the ground that the Federation has paid for in blood.
The Engineer (Support/Logistics) The Engineer is the master of the base and the backbone of logistics. They are responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing the structures that keep the Vanguard alive. Engineers repair fortifications faster than any other class and can deploy specialized tools like flamethrowers and mines to create lethal choke points. Beyond construction, they manage the team's resource flow, ensuring ammo stations are stocked and defenses are reinforced during the heat of battle. A good Engineer doesn't just build a base; they turn a simple outpost into an impenetrable fortress of death.
The Medic (Support/Healing) Whenever a Trooper is down, the Medic is there to save the day. Equipped with a Medical UAV drone and stim-launchers, they can provide critical healing and long-distance revives even in the middle of a chaotic firefight. While every Trooper can perform a basic revive, the Medic does it faster and more effectively, keeping the squad’s combat effectiveness at its peak. They are the glue that holds the 16-player team together during prolonged missions, ensuring that every Trooper makes it home.
The Carnage System introduces a revolutionary persistent body system where defeated bug corpses no longer vanish. As you slay hundreds of Arachnids, their bodies pile up, creating literal mountains of gore, which can either be a help or hinderance, depending on the situation.
Gameplay Impact:
Dynamic Terrain: Dead bugs have full-body collision. These piles create new ramps that allow living bugs to climb over your walls, or provide Troopers with new high-ground vantage points.
Obstacles: Piles of corpses can block your line of sight or obstruct your path to extraction, forcing you to use explosives to clear the landscape.
Strategic Realism: You must manage the carnage. Ignoring a massive pile of dead bugs at your gate might give the next wave the perfect staircase right into your base!

Reviews
Service guarantees citizenship! It's janky, but it's pretty fun. 16 player matches against SO MANY BUGS and the game runs very fine until you have like 400 corpses on the map and you forgot to destroy them.
Poor optimization. Devs making anti-fun changes. Bugs (the ones you cant kill). Game had potential in EA. Stay far away.

A LAVA POHA!
I tried this game out for a bit given It was on sale for 9,56 euros, I had fun with the gunplay and wanted to try out more of the weapons, classes, and build stuff, But... there are few complains I have. 1: You cannot play multiplayer with bots, only the solo missions that general rico sents you on, The solo missions... kinda boring and very short, so the fact the solo missions can only have bots Is kinda weird really, Its surprising too, cause... There are still people who play this game, very low, around 522 people and only 604 hour peak, Its very low when compared to helldivers 2 for example, but thats also the thing, there are still people playing this, and the fact this game does not have bot support for the multiplayer Is just very weird. I hope one day there will be bots, cause... I don't like playing with people usually, If anything... the multiplayer Itself should have had a solo option with bots aswell. 2: very underwhelming In terms of gameplay, It feels like there was something more meant to it, It IS starship troopers after all, Starship troopers whether It comes to the classic book, or Its movies that parody the book, Its Iconic, and I really expected something more from it, It feels like as If someone made a traditional food that misses Its key ingredients that make it so beloved by people, just like why people love starship troopers Is due to Its themes. Its dissapointing this game did not reach my expectations, and even one friend did mention that she does not recommend the game. like I said though, I still had bit of fun with the gunplay, and I really loved the guardian class(I am a heavy main In TF2 and also enjoy strong and big characters to play as). 3: The game... feels like a cash grab. If you look at the date... you will see that HD2 released on 8th february 2024, meawhile this game was released on 11th october and the same year. even the whole style just... feels helldivers but If you instead made it wear the skin of one of the things that Helldivers was inspired off of, like If leatherface wore his grandfathers face. This game was published by people and developers that made squad... one of the best tactical games ever, the fact that this game did not end up being great Is beyond me, who knows why. though, It Is still sad, this game clearly has potential If this game had proper updates and enough players. The only starship troopers game that I played a while ago, a demo, was the ultimate bug war. That game did starship troopers justice. and... Im sorry, but there Are obvious reasons why helldivers 2 was most played than ST: extermination, It felt more starship troopers than this game. Helldivers 2 also has some problems of Its own, but... there Is a reason it still Is played to this day. even the DLC's like the warbonds are a lot better than the DLC for extermination. Offworld... give this game proper love and passion It needs. Do your part, just like we do our part.
This game is Absolutely amazing everything about it, definitely a 10/10 for me at least if your a star trooper fan or even a horde shooter fan i highly recommend it. i have been playing for 6 hours straight and honestly having a blast i hope the dev's and community continue to support it because it deserves it this and DRG are going to replace helldivers for me. IM DOING MY PART!!!!
Увы но она умерла не успев даже родиться. Сейчас это не играбельное нечто с онлайном в 200-300 человек.
Just play Helldivers 2.
I wish I could leave a positive review, because the basebuilding is really good and the gameplay loop and mechanics are also fun, but the amount of technical issues plaguing this game is just too big to ignore and it effects my experience quite negatively. I've been playing on and off, booting up the game almost every time an update comes out, but inevitably I'd quit after a couple of matches because of bugs and lag. I really, really hope they improve the stability, because underneath it all there is a very fun game here. Don't buy yet.
