For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

tldr: at the end i give it a yes because it's entertaining the graphics hold up ok sound and music are good plot, ok. interiging but very moderate writting. it is very little reading. would have been better with voice overs. game play, mixed really.... the stratigic play works well enough and is the meat of the game. the tactical battles are fun but as the battles get bigger it becomes more of a numbers game... you perticipate with your own ship when you choose, but the tactics themselves are left up to mediocre AI bots that pretty much just go to the nearest target. theres no control over npc ships in tactical battles. first parson ship control is more involved than say Eve online and it works for the most part until you get to the capitol ships which ends up just selecting target and mashing you abilities buttons play for the campaign at first. only build up what you need to complete it, it makes the stratigic game better if you havn't expanded a lot yet. i played as a sharp shooter after domination, but there are other roles to play. i expect this was to recreate freespace in a sense but the other play styles are a little thin... the lack of cockpit views for flight controls is quite noticable at first and seems to start slow, but it picks up and makes more sense when you have a fleet with you. tldr: not a first person sim, it is a stratigic game. it's pretty good.
ok with 150 h+ on record i think its safe do a review , its a what older game "so i am a bit behind schedule shall we say . notheless its such a great game it desevers a review. ive played spg 1 (liked it) spg 2 (loved it ) spg warlords (frakking amazing) i give it an 8.7 to me it feels that war lords is how spg 2 should have bin for example : fallout 3 vs new vegas its an space sandbox open world played as an mix of rts/arcade flight /3rd flight sim rpg plus with the workshop there are some really good content that just makes this game nearly perfect tought try not to get tempted by the cheats and tweaks in there on first playtrough because it really spoils the immersion (not sure if that is the correct word for it but i think u know what i mean) own the universe take the galaxy under your control trough means of warfare , diplomicy , or trough proxy like wars by destabelizing faction controlled areas (taking over factories or buying shipyards , depleting there resources , manipulating them to go to war with another faction ,you can do this alles yourself or let one of your fleets do it for you , capture ememy ships to be sent to you reasearch team so they cn be reproduced build and put to war (or fly them yourself) make trade deals with faction or make use thier servescis (example weaking partols in other faction controlled spaces . thats just a few feats game pointed towards the rts elements of this game the rest you need to experience by yourself . some may say that this is incorrect but it something most peolple missed this depth of rts element in this game caus its not explained in the game its self plus the game is setup in such a way that its more forthcomming to do it all your self gunsblazing (wich will make the game fell repetitive very quick) excuses for text erros english not my native thong
I love the idea of this game but the execution is just not there: -I've spent most of my play time so far waiting for uneventful 5 min travel times between jobs. -The combat is awful, in part due to lack of camera controls. -The story/dialogue seems like it was written by someone who doesn't speak English as a first language, it doesn't matter too much but just adds on to all the other rough edges of this game. -A couple of the ships/ stations look cool but most of them just look like shoe boxes with engines. -Already encountered multiple bugs, including audio blasting my ear drums out ignoring volume settings and tutorial windows spamming the screen continuously blocking me from reading important information. Starsector does what this game is attempting to do and much more, it may not have the best graphics but it has a better overall aesthetic. Go get that game instead.
Hopelessly complex and unintuitive UI. Without deeply studying the 36 pg manual (.pdf) this is unplayable (and doing so would take days, or even weeks). The graphics look good. The concept is nice. All the more waste that overly comlex and poor UI makes this an example of bad game design.
I was looking forward to giving this a go but it wasn't possible as the game has buggy controller detection (which you can't turn off) which meant I couldn't navigate any of the settings menus. The only suggestion when searching seemed to be unplug all your devices that may be picked up as controllers, nobodies got time for that as I've got a HOTAS plugged in. Sort the game detection out and let us disable controller support. Maybe if you either A: intend to play the game with a controller (I'd suggest a legit xbox controller otherwise mileage will vary) b: you don't have anything that may be picked up as a controller or c: you don't mind rummaging around and unplugging everything every time you play it, maybe then it's a good game?
I played Starpoint Gemini 2 for years and for a space sim game it was very in depth in its story and political strife as factions come into play as you fly through the galaxy upgrading and becoming a player. Warlords does not disappoint and is very much much like its previous game a very in depth game. But this time you get a base of your own to defend, Build as you conquer other areas and play political games while flying through space commanding other ships. You even get to give civilian ships goals to assist with gathering resources toward the goals of Concord. This game will have you wondering where the time went as you explore a rich galaxy full of fun game loops. The campaign is fun and engaging. Skills mean something in this game and i am enjoying it. Thank you Little Green Men and cant wait for the Starpoint Gemini 3 Release. Great job!
