Juego de estrategia impresionante, basado en la saga Star Wars episodios III a V, un poco antiguo pero mejor que algunos mas nuevos

Yo tuve la oportunidad de jugarlo en 2001 gracias a que localmente conseguí una copia física. Leer el manual para comprender el juego es elemental ya que si entras por primera vez te "intimidan" (por ponerlo de una forma), que no hay gráficos en 3D, excepto en las batallas espaciales, y es sólo texto e imágenes. El juego es muy difícil, inclusive en la dificultad más baja, para principiantes, recomiendo jugar en fácil, con la galaxia más pequeña y que los androides manejen el inventario de recursos y tropas, esto hace un poco más fácil la experiencia. Este juego marcó mi infancia y estoy muy feliz de volver a jugarlo en Steam, ya que, mi copia física no corre en ningún lado por falta de lector de CD-ROM.

there's a learning curve, but no game feels more authentically Star Wars

This game was taken off steam, which is a bit sad because I think a lot of gamers would enjoy it. But I've played this game for a fat minute, almost an hour, and I am struggling so much figuring out how to do everything. You can read the robots instructions, but it would've been easier to just have words when you hover over a button. Instead they have designs of the button that you're just supposed to assume what it does. It's not a gamebreaking problem, but it takes time, a decent amount of time. I'd rather be struggling strategically than struggling on how to navigate basic needs lol. Even with the navigational bs, this game is fun, I can see it being very deep and fun with cool strategic options. However, I don't know if I want to sink all that time into it, when I could play KOTOR or EaW:FoC

The building and character missions are fun and interesting, the graphics for space battles is very pixelated and hard to view, but other than that, the game is really well done.
