Playing this now exceeded my memories of it. This is a lot of fun and a good way to burn off some time.
i love this game and i loved it since 2001 when i got a gorillaz first album and that same day my uncle gave me a CD with this game pirated and ready to install with possible viruses, and i remember being 11 years old and playing this game while gorillaz first album played in the background. controller is not supported, but it works, so it makes me happy. i feel like an 11 year old kid now. if you played this game as a kid - just buy it, play it and remind yourself on moments from your childhood, otherwise - i would not recommend xD great game if you have nostalgia for it, or it's a tough and unreasonably demanding game if you have patience for it and want to 100% it

Great nostalgia trip
Tickled the ol' nostalgia before new Galactic Racer comes out, but hoo boy does this game show its age these days.. thank goodness for community patches.

Can't get more epic than this game
It loads, and I can play it with a controller even. Which apparently is more than a lot of people have been able to do going off of previous reviews. Though I can't remap *some* buttons for some reason(triggers oddly enough, they work but you can't change them), and the FPS is so high you can't actually play the game correctly as the physics are tied to the FPS. That's fine though, because others have fixed these problems for the devs with patches and so on, you just gotta find em. So I've patched the game, limited its FPS to what's intended. But now the key remapping won't recognize one of my joysticks that was previously recognized, and what it controlled is now on the d-pad with no changes made by me. And it's about at this point that I've just given up. For $3, you'd think you'd be able to overlook this stuff. Who knows, maybe I will one day. Just do a fresh install and play what it offers by default in blissful ignorance. But for tonight, I'm beyond annoyed and people should just steer clear of this dumpster fire.
