Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 27 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good game for 2002, unacceptable "remaster" for 2024. They AI upscaled the textures and that's it. The models still look awful. Controls cannot be remapped. and they are bad. Game breaking bugs where NPCs get stuck in the door. Trying to 100% it is even worse. Sometimes you have to collect 15 optional bounties which you do by switching to your scanner, scanning every enemy 1 by 1 (and sometimes you have over 180 enemies per level) and then switching back to your guns and THEN capturing them. If you die 5 times, you have to restart the entire level and all your progress is gone. If you capture 14/15 bounties, you have to restart the entire level and capture ALL 15 bounties AGAIN. AND THEY LOVE JUMPING OFF CLIFFS SO YOU HAVE TO RESTART THE ENTIRE LEVEL. They did not adress any glaring issues in this remaster and instead kept all flaws in and even introduced new ones, not acceptable, even for a game that is good for 2002 standards.
I killed 150 enemies without harming any civies while in pursuit of Longo Two Guns. I now claim to be the sweatiest try-hard. Get on my level, gamers. I never beat this game as a kid. I rented it for a weekend and made it to level 3. Do you remember renting videogames? I swear I rented WWE Crush Hour 2 dozen times and beat it with every character because a rumor circulated that Scott Hall and Kevin Nash could be unlocked by beating the game with every character. This was not true. I was not happy about this. I think it got mixed to poor reviews but it was one of my favorite games. My favorite character was RVD and I really think WWE dropped the ball by not giving him a lengthy title run. He was red hot back in the mid 2000's. He could have at least given John Cena some great matches. Star Wars Bounty Hunter is pretty good. Controller is the way to go. I find the Xbox one controller to handle best. Be deliberate with your inputs. I can't tell you how many times I meant to take a bounty alive but accidentally shot him with a dart, killing him instantly just because my input on the weapon wheel did not register. What a fricken sick joke that the insta-death darts are 1 click away from the grapple hook. Anyone complaining of 5 continues, what are you 12? I love games that don't just hand you the win. Yes, you need to play the game in order to win. You need to learn the controls. You might need to play a stage several times to find all the bounties and secrets. Do you just want the game to award you all the achievements upon install? Fake gamers hate Bounty Hunter. All my real homies Beat Longo and his gang without harming the civies.

I am unsure who gave this game a thumbs up but they are wrong! Bold statement ik here is how. The game was actually ported over broken meaning old game breaking bugs and even some new ones just for you! The Npc is actually broken, it will randomly stay in door ways blocking progression and their is nothing you can do to move it, not even checkpoint reload. The Camera is the worst I have seen in any game, and that is not exaggeration. The game functions on a lock system well every time you do the game will then throw the camera around as if it was trying to copy a seizure or a stroke. Constant spinning and getting stuck in walls or refusing to go were you aim it. Star wars bounty hunter. I am in chapter 4, not once have I gone after any bounty because theirs no incentive too. It will not progress story no spend for upgrades and the bounties blend in to regular enemies you randomly kill with no stand out unless you take the time to move this camera that's on Ice to a needle point target. The game can be fun, however it will be a very bumpy ride you will take breaks from till you finish or abandon the game. Also lastly enemies aim is very inconsistent some times they cant hit the side of a barn other times they free fall and as they fall they head shot you across the map threw a small hole that even a seasoned sniper would find impressive.
Good: - Voice acting is pretty decent for an early-2000s game - Good, recognizable music and sound effects from the movies - Game runs stable with no crashing - Keyboard and mouse controls work well - Some good humour in the bounty descriptions Neutral: - Gameplay is a little janky - Short with limited replay value - Can be tedious to track/capture secondary bounties during firefights (Guide recommended) Bad: - The Non-Lethal Force achievement is absurd and requires plain luck to aquire. Required captures will often just walk off ledges to their deaths before you can get to them. Be prepared to attempt certain levels multiple times to get this one. - Enemies become a bit spongey towards the end of the game This is another one of those nostalgia Star Wars titles that newcomers might find frustrating.
Bounty hunter is a faithful remaster of the original, though mostly uplifting the textures, resolutions and availability of the game. For pretense, I enjoyed this game, jank and all. On sale, I'd say it's worth the buy if you want to try it. Otherwise, it's mostly the original game. This means it has all the same good, bad and ugly of the original as well: - The enemies: They're fine to start, but will become bullet sponges down the line... While also increasing their numbers, this means most of the game will be spent breaking down health bars unfortunately. -- The game will also always try to ambush you with them, and spawn them behind you... Not very cool. - Bounties: They're a fun gimick, but if you want to 100% it, you'll have to scan *during combat*, which means rapidly switching out your guns for the scanner (since the scanner is also a weapon) to scan *every* enemy or civilian that you come across... That gets tiring pretty quickly, so only pursue at your own risk of burn out. -- Not to mention the AI loves jumping off cliffs, so you may lose a bounty by accident. - The levels: Honestly, I think all the levels are fairly well designed, forcing you to use all the movement options you have. They also hide a singular secret in each level, asking you to explore the level and not just rush to the end. - Weapons: To bounty hunters credit, it does give you a decent arsenal of weapons for a game of its time, all but the main weapons ammo is limited (sometimes scattered on the map, but mostly dropped by enemies). The weapons ammo is also per-level, so you're encouraged to use the ammo and not hold onto it for later in the game. - Lives: Yep, this game was old enough to have a lives system. You know the drill, 5 lives, run out and you're back at the start of the level. The game is nice enough to give you all 5 back on starting any level though. -- There's cheat codes that change this number, none of which affect achievements. So yeah, fun enough game, if making the old game available was Aspyr's main goal, they definitely achieved it. Though it would've been neat if they could've moderned some elements of the game.
Very beautifully crafted hd remaster in visual department. I did even enjoyed gameplay improvements with controlling your character. The journey started as expected slowly dragging you later on into mash pit of never ending bullet dodging cr*p. What this game preserves its authentic feel and vibes of old classic Star wars universe. You do feel like bounty hunter that will not stop until the job is done. The problems with this game its that after chapter 2 it becomes not fun to play. Constantly throwing at you waves upon waves of mass enemies that you have to kill everyone or sometimes door will not open just because you haven’t killed everyone. Your Duel Blasters do jack sh*t damage even to enemies with no weapons and some laser attacks from enemies can take you in 3-4 hits but you oh you only do just a fraction of dps to them. Games suppose to be fun to play. You suppose to enjoy them but not replay full level just because you got caught in 8 lazer beams that got flying you. There is no manual save to so if you drop into a pit of clouds and waste your 5 continues-restart full level. Not gonna entertain this garbage design.
Played most of the game then got body block bugged by the dumb woman.
just buy republic commando its way better then this
Star Wars: Bounty Hunter is a really cool old-school Star Wars game because it lets you play as Jango Fett in a dark and interesting story. The gameplay is simple but fun, and the atmosphere feels very classic. It’s a great choice if you like older Star Wars games and want something with that early-2000s charm.
It is an awful remaster. Don't get swayed by the positive reviews. There are tons of issues with the gameplay that could have been fixed at least to some degree. Story and cutscenes are great but you can check those without playing the game. The issue is: 1. You have checkpoints far in between game segments. What is worse is that those are not save points. On chapter 3, I played for more than 30 minutes before I needed to step away, to realize that I need to redo the whole segment. This is enough for me to step away from the game forever. 2. Parkouring is awful, such segments are often and no effort has been done to improve on this. It is just boring and frustrating. 3. In some places enemies spawn non stop, literally in front of you or right behind you. This makes no sense. 4. Gunplay is boring as hell and extremely repetitive. Enemy AI is quite bad and there is barely any variety. 5. Bounty hunts make zero sense. Often it is a random guy in a group of 10 all shooting at you. Switching away from your weapons to do that makes no sense. 6. No key remapping. In the future I will first check reviews before playing remasters from Aspyr. Would 100% refund the game if I could.
