Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 27 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

kinda mid. if you like conquest its fine but other game modes suck. the ai isnt great either.
I totally get why people utterly trashed this game. But I like Star Wars, so your opinion is invalid. Should you buy this game for multiplayer? No. Should you buy it for the nostalgia of singleplayer? Heck yeah. But I would only buy it on sale.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I don't understand why this game has so many bad reviews, I haven't had any issues. Me and my brother are huge Starwars fans and i thought he would enjoy playing battlefront! i found out this game is the only battlefront possible to play couch split screen. i haven't played too far into the online game, but from what i have seen that's pretty good too! if your looking for a split screen starwars game, this is perfect for you. dont listen to all the bad reviews!
All Sound in Star Wars Battlefront 2 do's not work/play, sound's in Star Wars Battlefront 1 do's work/play.
Bought it for the single player campaign, i struggled to complete it on the original. i think this version has been tweaked to make it easier, I enjoyed it and finally got to finish it. Graphics good, Cutscenes massively improved, audio is good, controls are old fashioned and a little janky. I like it.

she battle on my front until i collection
So, I really like this port. I don't play online, I just fight bots. I'm really not a very competitive person, so the new (2017) Battlefront doesn't appeal to me. It's just too intense - it's like a military sim. Whereas the two games in this collection are just so light-hearted, with a positively sci fi and imaginative bent to them. Also - a small technical note - I just spent two hours installing the OG Battlefront 2 from 2007 to see if it's better with mods. One major caveat is that controller support is really difficult to get going. Rumble, in particular, is non-existent. The menu for that version is extremely ugly. There's a small online multiplayer community, though, and some of the mods are pretty phenomenal. Coming back to this version - I do, in fact, appreciate all of the little details they got right. There's split screen, a pretty menu, boomier sound, controller support & controller rumble...and some pretty high-def textures you might not notice upon first glance! A proper remake is DEFINITELY in order because these games capture something the DICE games absolutely do not...but this will do for now :) thanks...I'm grateful to have this in 2025...
I didn't know that "Classic" meant "worse than the originals in nearly every way that matters." I guess the new textures are nice? Just buy the originals.
