Recommend buying it on sale and modding it a bit to make playing it a bit more fun. All and all its an ok game. MC does not stop talking which can be annoying after a while.
Patched, Polished, Perfected. As an original trilogy guy, let me tell you, this is now one of the best Star Wars games ever made. It is a fun ride from start to finish. And Kay, I was very sceptical of her but she grew on me. Her little mate Nix is somewhat overly cute, but in a fun way. I would have still preferred a wookie but you can't have everything.

There's a good game in there.... somewhere. It's just ...so janky...you can feel that the game is being held together by duct tape. There are some neat systems in there and the graphics are pretty cool, but it runs and plays (read: controls) just so so bad. Really not worthy of a AAA label. I would have preferred if they ditched most of the open world and just polished up on actual gameplay/ coding to smooth out the controls/ core gameplay. If the game plays like sh!t I won't be inclined to explore such an open world. Conversely, in some games where the gameplay loop and controls are just super tight and fluid I'm more inclined to forgive a little bit of repetiveness and 'grind' The speeder bike as a means of travel is terrible. There ARE games to can do 'driving by mouse' fairly well, but this game is not one of them. Yes yes, I can grab my controller for driving, but that's just tiresome. The ideas of the game are pretty good actually. The actual gameplay is pretty ♥♥♥♥. Shame to see an idea fail so miserably because of very subpar coding.
I think this is a very good video game. I like star wars without Jedis and this might be the best one. There is one boss fight near the end that is ridiculously bad. I wanted to throw my controller away, but I was streaming to the steam deck and throwing it would be a very bad idea.
If this game had released in this current state, it would be a contender for GOTY. Very likeable crew, varied quest design, satisfying progression and unlocks, and an awesome Star Wars story told outside the normal tropes.
Really enjoy playing this game!

Совсем не понимаю почему все так ругали эту игру. Классный симулятор молодого контрабандиста в ЗВ. Этакая стелсовая версия Хана Соло, даже своя стелс версия Чубакки есть. Купил и залпом на 6 часов.
After being my favorite franchise for a long time, the recent state of Star Wars generally makes me sad. Playing this however brought back a lot of nostalgia for what I loved about Star Wars. I mostly play for the environments and world, and for that it really delivers!
