Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 8 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Idle & Incremental Lovers recommends Squarsenal: Who would have thought that catching weapons moving like bouncing DVD logos into your square would make for a great battle system? Obviously, this creative dev. And he was so right! Short but amazing! + The battle system is supported by a pretty good weapon design. You're not acting like a braindead barbarian, but rather carefuly picking your weapons like a master in the arts of war. + Pacing is great, upgrades are regular, creative and significant. No boring grind. + Reminiscent of the Commodore 64 aesthetic (I have Ultima IV in mind). +/- Similar to Match 3 game that use matching for attacking, your can't really look at the fight itself cause your attention is drawn to the attack part of the screen. It's part of the genre, though, and thankfully the enemy you face doesn't have a real impact on your strategy. +/- Game is short but priced accordingly, and I enjoyed every minute of it. It's short in the "We want more!" sense, not in the "What a robbery, I asked for a refund!" sense. *Whats a boomer's weapon of choice? A boomerang.* Found this review helpful? Interesting attack mechanic, especially for DVD menu aficionados. I have two suggestions for features, though: 1) Have the game remember your settings between play sessions. The audio keeps turning back on when I restart the game. 2) Include a windowed mode. This may just be me, but I like to play idle games while doing other things, which is impossible if the game cannot be windowed. UPDATE: The absolute legend added the features I suggested within a day. Thank you! :D
Saddeningly short but sugary sweet. I beat in in a little over an hour but I think it was absolutely worth it for the time I had. Definitely worth the 2 bucks. Please support the dev. I'd love to see more from them in the future and I think that this is great proof of their skills.
Squarsenal is a well polished, cohesive, small game that explores an interesting game mechanic - using the square to enable your attacks. However, I feel like the game only scratches the surface of potential for the game mechanic it's based on. I would expect there to be some room for skill expression from the player e.g skill combos and synergies - like you would see in a true "deckbuilder". The majority of the time you do not have to think very hard about the items you are targeting in the square. I also feel like there was a missed opportunity to add personality and nuance the enemies - some enemies do have effects that change how you interact with your arsenal, but they aren't pronounced enough. Rarely would my gameplay be actually obstructed meaningfully by the cloud guy covering my view, or the fire guy burning my items. Overall it's a nice game, and is well made, especially for the price - a lot of potential for a full, faster paced sequel
A neat little game. Very interesting combat mechanic - your attacks bounce around and you move a square around and click to execute every attack inside the bounds. You can upgrade to get more types of weapons, number of attacks on screen at once, increase the size of the square, add armor, heath, etc. Enemies also have special abilities that affect your ability to attack - I LOVED Medusa's, it's clever. Overall an enjoyable short experience. Great podcast game that is well worth the very low price.
awesome little game. Unique. I hope theres more content in the future.
Game is short but very fun and very polished. 10/10.
