The state of the game is okay, I can deal with the lag, maintenance, downtime, trading/AH disabled, party system issue, server stability issue and all kind of things you can expect from an MMO, but man Phil really has to make a decision regarding the majority of these CN players destroying both the community, the economy and overall fun for players. Just Ban all CN/Chinese players - they dominate all servers regardless of the latency issue, most of them are Chinese farmers, bots and hackers, saw someone speed hacking on Forest Labyrinth, they are mostly the main reason why most MMO's die due to them farming for in-game currency, sell them for RMT, you can even already see Chinese sellers in g2g selling boost services, items and accounts for SpiritVale. As much as I would like to give this a positive review, I can't with the current state its in, there's a current plague in the server. No hate on the CN players, but most of you guys are just here to make some $

Not responsive game masters here and a lot of bots/macros in the game and the game master doesn’t care. Trash game.A lot of RMT in the game and duplicate items from cheaters. Goodluck spiritvale.

手動玩了508個小時 就因為系統判斷使用外掛就被鎖了 ！ 完全沒有使用巨集及外掛 就被鎖 寫信也沒有完全人要處理 花這麼多時間培養 帳號遊戲 居然就是被他們一言堂判死，你就出局 要玩的玩家 奉勸不要浪費時間及錢 來玩一個沒有 保證的遊戲

I was randomly banned for absolutely no reason. I have never engaged in RMT (Real Money Trading), I do not use chat, and I have never used macros. All I did in this game was grind entirely on my own. I haven't even used the trading features or the player market, especially since the developers completely closed them down.When I reached out to customer service, the GM replied with an incredibly arrogant attitude, acting as if they couldn't possibly be at fault. They are completely refusing to revoke my ban or look at the actual data.Be warned: if you play this game solo and grind efficiently, their broken automated anti-cheat system will mistake you for a bot, and customer support will completely ignore your appeals. Avoid this game until they fix their terrible support system and automated bans. Plus+++ too many server maintenance ++++too many disconnect+++++++There are too many bugs and a lot of room to exploit this game, and the devs aren't good enough to cope with it.

The funny part is the dog owners aren't even high-leveled. they just love clinging to you like needy stalkers. (Wow~~~ Claura, Uncover, Michael). 2. Scripting & Macro Bots: Check out the maps without bosses. You’ll always find the guild leader of GSWORD (Saimc) and their members using macros/scripts to hop channels and AFK farm for money. They just sit right on top of mob spawns, shamelessly farming. You report them to support? They straight up delete your tickets. 3. Terrible Channel Management: They clearly know the server is overcrowded, yet they refuse to open more channels. Do you want everyone trying to talk in the exact same channel? Open up more channels already! 9,000+ players crammed into a tiny map with only 7 channels? Come Join the Circus~ Want to be a low-level boss-troller too? Come on in!
