A classic platformer that is HARD..however, that is expected with this genre. There isn't really any progression if you die, except journal entries..which is kind of annoying but this isn't a roguelite. Overall an enjoyable pick-up-and-play

I can't believe it took me this long to play this game. Elegant game design blends two genres, roguelike and platforming, with simple, classic systems to keep the gameplay fresh. The ghost acting as a soft timer is required to prevent players from feeling compelled to 100% each section. The risk-reward that comes from the sections filled with treasure but difficult escapes. Only 3 hours into the game and I can tell it's an all-timer.
One of the greatest (and hardest) rouge-like games ever made. Derek was cookin with this one.
