Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's okay. 3.5/10. No options for minimizing or postponing a surprise decision - such as if you're 3 mana short for a gated choice. [bold] This was extremely frustrating. [/bold] No option for disabling VSync (experiencing drops to 15 fps on an AMD system with it enabled) No settings beyond extremely basic selections None or very little extension of time window on each map. Lots of RNG in rolls and acquisitions Very little control over student training (even if to meet a required # of student graduating in a curriculum) unless you use a House grouping - which has RNG to be provided and RNG in the talent selections Extremely little control over combat beyond "spam this one spell x inf" and the occasional spell card. Strong chinglish voice over for opening scene - interesting value add, but imperfect english distracted from story Finally, overall poor performance even on a very strong system. ~ 50 fps on a R7 5700x / 7900 XT w/ 48 gigs of ram. Skip this one, even when it's on sale. Go play Mind over Magic.

no idea what was happening, tutorial was horrible (info dump, no practice), gameplay was confusing (some tooltips are missing or showing the wrong one, very hard to understand what different mechanics actually do), a lot of the mechanics were very stiff or straight up broken (e.g. zoom in fast on a room but no fast zoom out, card says I have a room I can add a creature to but it doesn’t show which room unless I zoom in on the correct room, etc), feels like a very early access game. I get that there are a lot of games where you really need to learn the mechanics in order to play them, but this game doesn’t make it easy (in fact it feels like it purposely makes it very difficult to do so).
This is a good game for what it is, but ONLY if you get it on sale. I got it for around $8USD and I would say it's worth about $10. The base price of $25 is too high for how shallow and repetitive the base mechanics are. But it definitely has an addictive loop the first hour you play it. It's a cute little game that's good for when you want a kind of mindless ant farm type of game.
it's such a frustrating game when you can't move a classroom, or demolish it, or change it ... there are NO options. At least have a card that gives you a chance of being able to do it???? so yep... too much time 'wasted' now as it wasn't fun time spent.
Terrible UI. Suffocating tutorial. The game just explains, without any interaction, every aspect of the game and expect you to memorize. When I finished reading and clicking, which was, I insist, suffocating (PLEASE, END THIS PAINFUL TUTORIAL. I JUST WANT TO CLICK ON SOMETHING), I didn't know what to do. Couldn't even get to 10 minutes of gameplay. Not recommended. 2/10.
