Absolutely one of the best games I've played, amazing story, environmental story telling, level design, most real voice acting I've heard in a game overall beautifully crafted game. Do play it it's amazing, will make you think about it for a long time

Every market we collect.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Soma—what an incredible experience, and I must admit that I did not expect the story to be as weighty as it was, to the point that it touched me emotionally. Especially the moral choices that we face throughout Simon's journey. Choices that left you with a feeling of ambiguity. You feel bad for not doing anything, but once you do it, it does not feel entirely right, either. While, at the end of it all, none bear any true impact, they still weigh heavy on the mind, and even Simon occasionally reflects on some of the choices made. Ambiguity, in general, is a prominent topic. An unsettling one. You doubt everything and everyone around you. Despite the linear progress and straightforward goal in mind. It's a game that one truly has to experience for themself. The scare factor isn't the monsters you encounter nor the ambiance. Not even the gameplay; no, in that regard it is akin to a walking simulator with few instances of stealth and puzzles. The true scare factor is the story. Therefore, if you're looking for an intense horror experience with jumpscares and the likes, this certainly is not the right game, even if some moments revolving around the level design and the monster may very well lead to scares.
10/10
One of those games which works better as a book to read - the story is great and the ideas interesting but the gameplay is slow, boring and ♥♥♥♥♥. It's too dark to see half the environments and gameplay is either clicking random things trying to find out what activates the next thing, or playing hide and seek with the wandering enemies. I just played long enough to understand what was going on and then read some summaries and discussions on it instead.
