About
From the creators of Solasta: Crown of the Magister comes another intriguing tactical RPG faithful to the world's most popular TTRPG's ruleset.

Create and guide your party of 4 adventurers as they head to the faraway continent of Neokos in a quest driven by their family legacy. In the face of the threat by the ancient and enigmatic Shadwyn, what choices will you make to push back the impending tide of corruption?
Solasta II is a grand sequel to Solasta: Crown of the Magister, a much beloved Tactical RPG known for its faithfulness to the Tabletop experience. Decades after defeating the Sorak menace, a new flegdling party of heroes travels to distant lands in search for redemption.

Solasta II remains true to its promise to deliver gameplay based on the world's most popular TTRPG. Prepare your spells, land that sneak attack, smite this monster - bathe in the familiarity of your Tabletop experience.
But that's not all Solasta II will have to offer. This new opus will also allow you to freely roam the lands of Neokos, to explore and uncover the map as you will. Whether you stick to familiar roads, or head off into the wilderness... The choice is yours. Just be careful - because as we've always said...
You make the choices, dice decide your destiny.

So far this sequel is quite the improvement over the original. I'm enjoying the combat quite a bit and can't wait for the level cap to increase and more classes become available. Leveling seems a bit too quick and the battles could be more difficult. A more story driven player will find this to be no issue though. I'll update my review as crafting and more content become available.
loved it as a bg3 fan this game hit the spot. Cant wait for more. i just completed act 1 and a lil sad its over.. for now. some things that were kind of buggy would be---heavy plate armor. hair was going through the helmet--- quest menu scrolling for controller.--- and the quest with the constellation table.--- also it would be nice if some of the weapon drops had unique weapons with effects. i think i only found 1 wand and that was it besides all the +1 weapons. overall id recommend this game. thanks for the fun!

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Shows a lot of promise, I'd classifiy ut somewhere in between DOS2 and BG3. Let's see what's net!
This developer has come leaps and bounds from the very good, but imperfect, Solasta I. While still imperfect in its EA state, the improvements from the previous installment are obvious from the get-go. Way better graphics, art, detail. Better facial and body animations. More character options. An attention to detail not seen in the predecessor. I have high hopes for the future on this, and hope that like Solasta I we can see player-made campaigns some day. One of the *best* perks of Solasta I.
Very pleased with the game so far. As a player of the first game (~360 hours), was very happy to hear lines like "Undignified, but necessary" saying by my crawling scholary wizard 🧐 In-game graphics look amazing. The city and other outposts look lively. It's good that now there are peaceful resolutions to the encounters as well. Adventuring map and random events are amazing and very immersive. And sometimes really deadly 🙂 Feels like real DnD campaign. I hope that developers could deliver Dungeon Maker and modding in the end so that creators could transfer their campaigns and other mods. ______ Things to improve (Early Access build 0.3.5.84223): - [Spoilers] Very first scene and introduction
to the sister that we will be looking for is very clumsy from narrative perspective. Player doesn't know anything about her and can not connect and understand her behavior. Maybe it
needs re-work or some additional scenes
(memories of her childhood interactions with the main party and their mother or something)
- Character Creator, as many have said already. I personally was lacking the ability to re-create the characters look from 1st game, (failed to make Armenian looking face for my male dwarven cleric). But that is not critical so far. - Feat selection was not an obvious step and was pre-selected in character creator and in Advanced level-up (one of my characters got 'Magic Initiate' by mistake) - Selecting cantrips/spells to learn or memorize: it is not so obvious that you have to click green checkboxes on top to switch between cantrips and spells tabs - Available spell slots count for spell levels wasn't visible on level up / memorizing screens, so it was a little difficult to optimize what spell to choose and how many of certain level - 'Light' cantrip and lighting system in general: ability to light up weapons or any item or creature was amazing in the 1st game. But putting out the light when the party is sneaking is also a good feature. I hope these could co-exist somehow - for example casting 'Light' manually on a weapon would not be considered as a toggled auto-lighting and player should consider the consequences of being spotted early. Also lit up lantern is switched between selected characters (why not having several light sources?) - Bonus Action Hide for Rouge is missing - Loot table for one-time adventuring events not balanced? I've got 3 magical items from one-time encounters (boots, ring and gloves). Hard to say if this is intentional or maybe I was lucky. - Opportunity attack indicator feels unfinished (highlighting the cell red in the 1st game was more obvious and was giving dangerous feel) - Rolling the dice in the left corner of the screen (on character portrait) as well as in the center of the screen is a little distracting (most of the time user is concentrated at the center where the encounter is happening). In the end I almost every time visually got the dice results from the center dice. ______ Overall, I wish the best of luck to developers to finish and polish the game and looking forward to playing the full campaign 😌
Great game so far, looking forward to the finished product
This game is fun and playable though not what I expected. It does play a lot like BG III, with many of the same spells and mechanics. However, no in depth character development and this game is absolutely not open world in the sense that you can wander around and explore vast open areas. The map is on a honeycomb type of grid and move through areas one cell at a time from a top down view with no exploring. It is at the same time an old school go on quests, kill the bad guys, find loot and level up kind of game. I give it a 7.5 out of 10.
So far it plays similar to the original with a slight bit of nonsense to the UI. As of April Fools Day 2026, you can only get to level 4 which takes about two to three hours. Looking forward to the finished product.
If you like TTRPG based games, you will love this game. Still a work in progress, but i think its going to be an amazing experience once done.
Beautiful graphics, and intuitive game play. Story is decent too. Can't wait for the full game to be released!
