VISCERAL X-RAY KILL CAM AND ADVANCED GUNPLAY PHYSICS
The trademark X-ray kill cam returns, showing the true destructive power of every one of your signature shots. Bones deflect bullets to unpredictably rip new paths through enemy bodies and SMGs and pistols also trigger kill cams, showing multiple bullet shots in dramatic slow motion.
To land that shot you will need to think like a true sniper. Factor in rifle stock and barrel options along with gravity, wind and heart rate while you zero your sights on the target.
AUTHENTIC WORLD WAR II WEAPONS AND CUSTOMISATION
The arsenal at your disposal will feature returning franchise favourites as well as a host of new authentic WWII weapons. Picking your loadout will be key to striking down the Reich’s nefarious plans!
Customise your weapon to suit your operating style. Find workbenches scattered around the campaign to customise and upgrade your rifles, secondaries and pistols with new scopes, stocks, barrels, magazines and more. Also remember to pick the right ammo for the right job, whether you need armour-piercing shells or a non-lethal takedown.
PROPAGANDA MISSIONS – BE THE RESISTANCE
Locate unique Propaganda posters across the main campaign and step into the shoes of a French Resistance fighter in all new Propaganda missions. During these scenarios, sneak, snipe and take down enemies to complete time-sensitive objectives and help end the Nazi occupation.
AXIS INVASION MODE
The fan-favourite Axis Invasion mode is back! invade another player’s Campaign as an Axis sniper and engage in a deadly game of cat and mouse. Whether you stalk your prey, lay an ambush, or run in guns blazing, the threat of invasion provides a new dimension to the campaign’s challenge.
TENSE ONLINE MULTIPLAYER
When you’ve mastered your rifle, customise your character and loadout as you take the fight online in competitive 16-player battles to earn XP, medals and ribbons.
If competition isn’t your style, you can also team up with up to 3 other players against waves of enemies in Survival mode.

BUY ON DISCOUNT ONLY! Paid $17 but honestly, I think it's worth somewhere between $10 or $15 max. This game is a money grab based on the success of Sniper Elite 5. It offers nothing new and is really at best a little brother to that game. The good news is, sniping Nazi's is still just as fun, Rebellion bult a really fun game play experience with these titles and every kill is super satisfying. If you played 5 you already know what to expect. What I didn't expect, is how non existent the story was. I thought I was going to get a game about the French resistance to some extent but this is just some pudgy British guy who's voice sounds more like a 60 year old middle class London man. Hawker is super ordinary looking.. almost looks like someone's 35 year old roommate who steals the beer out of the fridge but is just amusing enough that you put up with it. Although Hawker is not even amazing.. mostly annoying and can't shut up for two seconds.. Man I really miss Karl after playing this game. The last scene in this movie is super lazy and the development team should be ashamed for not at least creating some sort of climax that sticks. It's an embarrassment how this game ends. Either way I'll give it a positive review based on the price I paid.. but my god do better Rebellion.

I liked the fact that I can use the Delisle to mog invaders with the same reliability as SE5. Skill issue if you use HE rounds on players, respectable if you run soft point. But skill canyon if you lose to the Delisle Carbine.

This game crashes my GPU randomly unless I turn on V-sync to cap the max frame. other then that, it runs really well. Also to note- the deluxe version does not come with the M1911 or the 98 rifle, and most of the DLC guns where added in for free. It is a decent upgrade to the sniper elite series mechanically, but feels like an off brand due to the setting and character. gun upgrades are more achievement based or unlock multiple upgrades when finding a specific interactable in missions. the DLC guns also no longer fully standalone for unlocks, but a few have at least one thing exclusive to them. silencers are also not expendable and there are a lot more ammo types plus a few more ways to go non lethal. all in all its fun but worth waiting for a sale.

Sniper Elite continues to be the shining example of "I want shorter games with worse graphics made by people who are paid more to work less and I'm not kidding". There's even less story than before, which is saying something. People sort of animate like people. Graphics have basically looked the same with some new features thrown on top occasionally. There are a lot of levels that are recycled here. And yet, they did a really good job with pretty much nothing but enemy and player placement to make every shot feel fun. I definitely wouldn't pay full price for this, but the good news for you is that Rebellion seems keenly aware that their games are perfect impulse buy weekend affair, and that's Sniper Elite. If you want to turn off your brain (and in very specific ways too with the amount of difficulty options they give you), you really can't go wrong here.
I only recommend this if it's on sale, and if you haven't already been playing sniper games. It's fun, evidently, because I keep buying them. But if you have already played four and five then you will coast through this one. The campaign enemies aren't very intelligent. The game is a but too easy at this point and the whole formula is a bit stale. Not that the game isn't mildly entertaining, only if you haven't paid full price. The acting in this one is worse than the last one. At least they put a bit of extra effort in there.
Also ich liebe die Sniper Serie mit Karl. Es ist ein Sniper Spiel, es gibt auch MG's etc. aber es ist und bleibt zum Glück eine Scharfschützen Serie. Ich hab aber Karls Skin installiert. Hab mich an Ihn gewöhnt. Das Skin ist umsonst. Läuft sehr flüssüg ohne 5090 mit DLSS5 oder so. Sieht sehr gut aus und macht sehr viel Spaß! Karl ist der Größte.
