Exceptional game! Everyone else is having a winge about "lack of content" but what more do you really need? It's about time someone made a game about *slayblades* and I think this nails it on the head. More content? Sure, I wouldn't say no, but for what it is, it's perfect!
Solid core mechanic, satisfying controls, and utterly insane humour. Also strangely reminiscent of the Tin Pin Slammer minigame from The World Ends With You on DS. While it's a bit light on gameplay and depth, I enjoyed what I played for a few hours. Some of the modifiers (like 2v1 and the shrinking Slaydium) add a bit more chaos and are worthwhile additions. Though the emphasis on opponent-damaging parts and just going straight for the ability cubes gets pretty repetitive after a few runs and feels pretty unbalanced. Not gonna lie though, I don't think I want to see George W. Bush in a video game ever again. 😬

For 5 dollars I would say I got my money's worth. Fun game to play a few rounds of to wind down after a long session. I'm looking forward to the dev's future endeavors.
This game is like beyblades... bit with more slaying! Also it's a bargain
I came
A laid-back nostalgia trip built on warm and fuzzy feelings for the 90s/2000's. The art style and presentation immediately takes you back to memories of NDS, but the experience also is reminiscent of classic web Flash games back in the day. It throws you right into the action, it's short but sweet and there's replay value in the modifiers and build customisation. The core battle gameplay is satisfying with the sweet visual and audio feedback from each impact, and the controls are intuitive with a good amount of weight to them so it's not like you're controlling the blade 1:1, but kind of flinging it around. Lots of charm in the writing and visual design. It's the kind of game you can pop on to chill, not insanely challenging but enough to keep you entertained and a steady progression to encourage upgrading your blade and trying different builds.
kinda lacking on the content, it was fun for 30 mins then got a lil stale. no bueno. might refund this one. cool concept though, i had tried the demo and it seemed fun but theres no depth its all same same
PROS: The art style and sound design of the game is really good. From the catchy repetitive chorus to the deep beats woven between, I found the soundtrack to flow into the gameplay fluidly. I am a sucker for bit-type art and this game looks beautiful and fun for the eyes. CONS: However, I think the lack of content provided in this game stops me from recommending it. I was able to complete the game in a rather short amount of time. Once you complete the game there are various 'modifiers' that are unlocked as you progress. The modifiers did not bring any additional fun or longevity to the game. The menu to navigate the modifiers is somewhat difficult to read and understand as to what is being applied all at once. The game doesn't feel complete and could be completely experienced in the demo. Overall the game wasn't too expensive but it still did not feel worth it. If more additions came to the game I would come back in heartbeat. Rec: It would be nice to be able to view your inventory all at once rather than scrolling to the left or right. More developed tournament would be interesting as well. Synergies with similar blade attachments could be nice.
