Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Jul 31 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
You are a robot sent to a planet to set up a system to make it habitable for your creators:
Design factories run by drones.
Create bases to craft and shelter in.
Upgrade your abilities and terraform to expand the area you can explore. You have both a health and charge meter that can get heavily upgraded over time.
Set up systems to monitor storms and deploy resources to protect buildings in their path.
Build out a skybase that houses a data center and launches rockets.
Discover and grow various plants and stabilize the climate to make the planet habitable. Watch as the visibility increases to reveal your creation and the planet transforms dramatically from a barren to lush environment.
Create systems to mine and process materials in automated pipelines. Configure drones to easily handle the logistics.
Skyformer’s automation is different from that of similar games. Resource deposits provide an infinite supply of resources, but as you get further into the game it challenges and rewards you for utilizing the production rates that you have and the entire map the best that you can. At the same time, it keeps calculations straightforward with simple ratios and round numbers. There are also quality of life features that make it easy to understand what's going on; you can come back to old saves and quickly pick up where you left off.
The processed materials allow you to create and run a system that controls the climate, tracks the weather, and terraforms the planet. As you terraform, the planet becomes more capable of producing weather systems, some of which being quite destructive. This game has a dynamic weather system that interacts with the geography, producing microclimates in each region based on the current global climate.
Changing the climate of the planet can allow access to previously inhospitable regions, but can also do the opposite. Observing the weather and how the geography influences it is important to surviving the terraforming process. A blend of strategies can be used to survive storms, such as building up an expansive automated drone defense system, strategically positioning buildings, or simply maximizing the power of your tools and taking storms head-on. The energy produced by the storms can also be harnessed!
The goal of the game is to achieve a climate that maximizes biomass across each region, and stabilize the atmosphere to the point at which storms are no longer destructive.
Skyformer is a debut game made with passion with both the game engine and all the art handmade by one developer over several years. Music and sound by Marty Meinerz.

Un juego lleno de posibilidades de automatización, una propuesta muy interesante para quienes desean optimizar al máximo el suministro de minerales. Tuve la oportunidad de trabajar en su traducción al español y espero que llegue a la versión 1.0 como el mejor producto posible.
I played for about 3 hours with 3 friends of mine. I did refund the game in the end and decided to follow it's development progress to see if it might evolve to an acceptable state. I personally see a great future for the game, as I am very interested in the concept of coop-based terraforming, but in it's current state I just cannot bring myself to recommend this game to anyone. The game just still feels too cranky and unpolished to me, the game loop is very rudimentary and feels more like a drag than being entertaining. You are rate limited to 2 miners on a single vein, which limits your processing speed tremendously in the early game (this might be different lategame idk) As it is right now, this game will scare off big automation enthusiasts like me. The Terraforming process you make will not be live updated in the world, but only happen via "black screens" that fade out your vision while the world updates, this is just a minor thing and probably necessary the way the game is coded, but this is still very unpleasing to me personally, as i would like to see my progress in the game world. This makes the world feel very unalive and very unsatisfying. After a few hours of playing I still wasn't able to even start a single research in the HQ. This might be due to how I favored basebuilding instead of exploration, but it still felt stagnant to me nontheless. Why are spraying planes already flying around when I didn't even complete the tutorial? This might be intentional to make the world feel a bit more alive but it was a good bit confusing to see, as the player is supposed to be the first unit on this world, no? -BUGS WE ENCOUNTERED- Theres a line of code that specifies that ALL players get teleported back to the entrance of the skybase when you make ANY progress on terraforming, like launching a rocket, adding plants to the list, this is very frustrating when the players are very far away from base.

Neat game and pretty easy going. There are some neat ideas and i like how the storms are handled. But the progress is terribly unfun and quite a few things just dont make sense. I still dont know how i am supposed to actually progress in the game without cheating because of how certain product trees are built. Many of the tutorials are not writ very well and can cause more confusion than if they didnt exist at all. Some interactions are needlessly clunky. Im not a fan of when games just give you multiple outposts, ships, or whatever when you start the game. It disasociates the player from its function and their own progress from the get go. There is a sky tower that handles the environment, then the ground base that handles... IDK, then your factory. Too many games do this and it breaks the progression arc and denies the connection a player would have naturally made had given the chance. Ive had it crash a couple times but no bugs and runs pretty smooth. Im sure with some progress reworks this could be up there with planet crafter. But it needs more time in the oven either way.
Amazing game so far, initial tutorial is more than enough to understand what is going on, nice path, not annoying and informative at the same time. Been having a lot of fun, tons of things to explore. Haven't touched much of the terraforming aspect yet, but it looks like there's a lot to do here. Definitely recommended game for automation lovers like myself :D
Absolutely riduclous limits on ore, you can't really automate much of anything because resources are just stupidly limited for no good reason. Iron? One spot. Copper? One spot. Annoying. It wants you to build all these factories to automate stuff but you never get more resource nodes, super annoying.
This game is great, and I haven't played any other factory sims. Terraforming, problem-solving, base-building, and growing plants to decorate the world as you temper the climate are all parts of this unique game. Definitely recommend it
Great little automation game. Give me the itch like Satisfactory again. Love ziplines are pretty quick.
I think I truly love this game way more than I thought, I played the demo before, and I thought it was pretty cool. but after I Decided to buy the game and play and it did take a little bit longer but oh my goodness it is so good! ok back into the game! :-)
