Discover the secrets of the estate, as you look for answers among the violent inhabitants. A strange and repelling madness took hold of the servants roaming the halls, and they will attack on sight, for their madness is one rooted in a deeper understanding of cosmic insignificance.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Muy recomendable. La historia principal dura mas bien poco aunque explores el juego al máximo, pero tanto el gameplay como la ambientacion son 10/10. Te deja con muchas ganas de mas.
I got stuck in the tutorial, coz I didn't know what I needed to do with the message “watch out the traps". No explanation of what interaction with the trap is possible, and no hint of what they wanted me to do in the first tutorial room. Should I avoid the trap? Maybe dodge/roll over it? Take damage and heal? Die from the trap? Nothing did anything. It turned out I had to walk to the right side of the screen and transit to the next room. It didn't matter what else I did in the room. Grate start! BTW, if you skip the tutorial, you get at least some explanation of the controls. Anyway, the fights are boring, the controls are awkward and unresponsive, UI is horrible. Absolutely do not recommend.

short..
Fun game to play
Skautfold: Shrouded in Sanity is a pretty good lovecraftian, Souls like game, now let's get into the story. In the alternative historical setting of 1897 Angelic Empire of Britannia, the corpse of a young woman is resurrected by the king of greed, the Clockwork maniac known as Wilhelm. After they resurrect this woman and tell her that she has to kill the king for the King has summoned the cursed fog, some strange mystical presence that takes the form of misty fog that has caused madness and horrendous transformations of the staff into monsters. Now if she kills the king the fog will dissipate and as a bonus she will be given a second chance at life, but that's easier said than done for the four knights that serve the king, as well as all the mad men and monsters who were once the staff wander the halls of the mansion out for blood, so our young heroine must stop this madness or far worse will befall the land. Okay then the likes, the gameplay is pretty good it's your standard Souls like game, block, perry, dodge and learn enemy and boss patterns and attacks, the game can be hard at first but once the gameplay clicks it can be pretty easy. Also as someone who played this game years and years ago seeing the new gameplay updates they gave was very nice particularly how they re-did the upgrade system. In the original game you could only upgrade via this kid and their demon friend, but in the updated version there are more people you go to for upgrades like attack power, stamina and health as well as upgrading your health item, also the kid and their demon are only there to allow you to buy more magic stones. It made upgrading a bit easier to do especially since in the original game, upgrading via the kid and demon would get more expensive, here only upgrading the health item or buying those magic stones from the kid and demon get more expensive. Another interesting thing about the gameplay is after you beat the game you can play it again as one of the four bosses you've defeated, it was good especially getting to use the special powers of one of the knights. The story is pretty good as someone who's read all of Lovecraft’s work I definitely recognize a few names here, it also does its own thing with its alternative history like with the American Revolution and things like that. It also does a good job in setting up the world and the lovecraftian aspects to the point it makes me really excited to learn more about this world with the sequels to this game. The characters were okay they're kind of like Dark Souls characters only there to really explain the plot and the world at large, but you can ignore them and just focus on the gameplay. My favorite character or characters is the kid and the demon they have a good back and forth even though the kid does pretty much all the talking, I don't know I'm fascinated by their relationship. The pixel graphic art style is good you can tell that the makers really put a lot of thought and imagination into it, from the colors, to designs and the overall look; they really take it to the limit with the pixel art style. The levels are good, the mansion is nice and spooky with its corpses and blood splattered everywhere, to its semi Labyrinthian look, it just has a lot of detail that really makes you want to stop and stare at it and see all the interesting set pieces and details of each area. The music is good plenty of nice tracks to listen too. Okay then the dislikes, well I did say the gameplay was good, it does have some problems I never really was able to parry I mostly just blocked or dodged, I also would have liked a map because when I died I kept wandering around the house trying to figure out where I died in order to pick up the souls I got from defeating the enemies before I died, so a map would have been really helpful. Also there are some bugs in the game, but nothing really game breaking. Alright with that done with Skautfold: Shrouded in Sanity is a pretty good lovecraftian, Souls like game, it has pretty good gameplay, a pretty good story and good pixel graphic art style so if you're looking for a lovecraftian game or a soul-like game this could be for you so I recommend it.
