Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.71/day in the week to Aug 20 → 3.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This develop really gets what made this franchise a treasure and built wonderfully on it. highly reccomend
What an amazing game, gorgeous art style, DMC lite combat system with a touch of Metroidvania, I vastly prefer this game to Ragebound. It's such a shame it didn't sell well.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 1: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

The game could be great but the platforming part is quite clunky. Add to that some bad level design and it can be plain frustrating. I also don't think the collectibles bring anything and it's quite lame to go back to early places just to get them. Still a great change from the classic arcade.
Such a good 2D Platformer. the art is gorgeous! and the combat is fun. really a must play if you like the genre.
Um excelente jogo, curtir por horas, muitas coisas para desbloquear, fator replay altíssimo principalmente para chegar aos 100%. Jogo simples, fluído e divertido valeu a pena esperar uma promoção dele
oh boy was that really "hardcore". finally finished it after 40 hrs. the game is NOT meant to be played on hardcore first try, but I am a masochist when it comes to gaming haha. when it comes to metroidvanias it's the toughest i've tried. the game is NOT for button mashing on hardcore, i've heard normal is much easier. so anyway be sure to get good to be able to finish hardcore! Awesome game overall 10/10 PRO TIP: use the bombs vs armor (you're gonna need it), the shuriken sucks!
amazing game. love it
As someone who has been slicing through Sega's Shinobi series since the Master System days—with SMS Shinobi (and countless hours of playing alongside my little brother) holding a permanent, cherished spot in my gaming heart—I am beyond thrilled to say the developers absolutely nailed this one. Playing Shinobi: Art of Vengeance feels like stepping into a time machine. It genuinely evokes the exact same raw emotions, tension, and sheer joy I felt back in the day. The team captured that classic ninja magic while modernizing the experience flawlessly. A massive shoutout has to go to the soundtrack too. The music in this new entry is phenomenal, reminding me of the legendary, pulse-pounding beats of Yuzo Koshiro's original compositions that defined the franchise's golden era. Beyond the nostalgia, the game stands entirely on its own two feet mechanically: Pacing & Difficulty: The difficulty curve is tuned to absolute perfection. It ramps up and challenges you as you progress, but it expertly avoids that cheap, controller-throwing frustration that so many action-platformers fall into. Progression: The depth of the character upgrades is staggering, offering tons of ways to customize your playstyle and tackle encounters. Without a doubt, this has easily become my favorite game of its type, period. Whether you are a lifelong veteran who grew up with Joe Musashi or a newcomer looking for top-tier action, this is a masterpiece that should not be missed. Rating: 5/5 Stars
