Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 18 → 2.29/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 23: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

A classic Frogwares game, what else to say? Glad that they kept the map feature from Sunken City.
I liked the fact that the game doesn't lead you by the hand but only points you in a direction and everything else is on you own. On the other hand I played on a Master of Deduction difficulty but didn't got what I expected, i.e. less hints and putting the brain on the edge more. The obstruction were mainly the highlighting during place investigations, the occasional hints you get from inner dialogues with Jon (which btw helped to get some important achievements) and the removal of markers from evidence in Sherlock's journal. After that I would call that difficulty by its rightful name. Despite that minor detail, the main story line cases altogether with the bigger side quests were interesting and I enjoyed switching between induction and deduction, all while questioning my own choices in accusing the perpetrator. Are my choices objective or biased? If objective, do they serve the greater purpose or just blindly follow justice? What are really justice and truth? The catch is that mostly the game won't tell you and, in this way, it silently breaks the fourth wall quite well.
very nice storytelling !
I'm very new to gaming....but I loved this game, and as frustrating as most games can be to me (user ignorance) I was quite obsessed. I made many mistakes, and one was ending my game in the wrong place. So I missed several sections, so I am reinstalling as I want to see If my ability is any better LOL
8/10, seriously one of my favourite games of the entire frogwares sherlock series a few pros - the game is stunningly beautiful. the design of the world, the textures, the lighting, it's a fun open world with lots to explore and i could genuinely spend hours just looking around at all the details and picking up the side quests (get the side quest DLCs if you are also a sherlock nerd and want the lore and references) - the story, i love this sherlock and i adore the character of jon, getting to see them both as sherlock navigates from being a smug young genius to learning some hard truths is engaging and incredibly heart wrenching at times, with enough humour beats to not make it feel utterly depressing - the cases, while at first i had some issues about a few case conclusions feeling a bit open ended, the game does also go to painstaking lengths to say 'hey, that's the point!' sherlock at this point in his story believes he is the arbiter of truth, how far are you willing to go to stand by that principle? spoilers:
what do you do when the investigator, the protagonist, is a unreliable narrator with unchecked mental health issues and gaps in his memory? it may not always feels satisfying from a mystery game point of view to have no definitive culprit, but that's part of this sherlock's arc, a young sherlock who believes everything is quantifiable finding a case that he is too proud not to 'solve' without all the answers. i get the complaints but disregard them anyway for the delicious character conflict
now some cons.. - the mechanics can take a bit to get a hang of. i can't tell you how many times starting out i wandered aimlessly around a crime scene before i realised i didn't have the right evidence pinned, or needed to brute force an eavesdropping segment. you get there is the end but the tutorial certainly has a way of humbling you - the combat, now i know i certainly wasn't looking to play for the combat anyway but it is.. bad. like genuinely a QTE simulator with a lot of running in circles waiting to reload and lining up NPCs with environmental items. not what i would call a satisfying combat experience but also, if i wanted gripping combat i would not be looking for it here anyway and there isn't a huge amount of combat to perform regardless - there are some elements that feel unfinished/unpolished, which with more capital and better resources i feel like frogwares would have absolutely developed more on, stuff like limited ambient voice lines, janky character models for NPCs, the combat (again) and the clothing mechanic to have people of different backgrounds offer you information which can feel more like guesswork at times. admittedly as a frogwares/sherlock fan i adored this game and loved the vision regardless, but i can see people bouncing off the game because of these elements if they're not fanatics overall, i say give it a chance! buy it in sale (or respectfully give frogwares all your money so they can build on this with a bigger budget next time pls) and if you're a fan of the sherlock mythos, i genuinely believe you'll get a real kick out of it!
