Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome to Shatterline - ground zero for the apocalypse.
Shatterline is a fierce, intense single-player FPS. Immerse yourself in a world of explosive action; smooth, satisfying gunplay; and a striking landscape full of rewards and deadly opponents.
A mysterious interstellar object has exploded near Earth, sending massive, jagged shards smashing into our planet’s surface, turning thriving cities into toxic craters and leaving millions dead.
From this destruction, a new horror has risen: an alien contaminant called “Crystalline” that tears apart geomagnetic fields and transforms living flesh to razor-edged silica. And it’s spreading.
You enter the game as a skilled Operative, part of an elite team chosen to fight this menace. Choose from unique and powerful characters, including a lethal sniper, armored juggernaut, experimental warfare specialist, fearless medic, and more.
Your mission: to eliminate the Crystalline and save what’s left of humanity.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

so the game went from f2p to paid just out of nowhere??????
Do not buy this campaign. I bought it because I loved the multiplayer, but this campaign is horrible, and the whole scandal behind it is crazy. It feels like a scam, just avoid it, it's not what it was before

Гра бомба, в свій час була на рівень вище чим інші шутери, але чомусь щось трапилось і не зрозуміло що відбувається зараз, сподіваюсь повернете все як було. Успіхів в розробці та в подальших проектах
Shatterline, developed and published by Frag Lab LLC, is a sci-fi FPS that has gone through a notably turbulent evolution, shifting identity as the developers responded to player behavior, market realities, and long-term sustainability concerns. What remains consistent throughout that journey is the game’s strongest asset: fast, tactile gunplay paired with a flexible operative system that encourages experimentation and aggressive momentum. Whether approached as a former live-service shooter or in its later, more focused form, Shatterline is defined by how good it feels in the moment-to-moment exchange of fire. Set in a near-future Earth ravaged by an alien anomaly known as the Crystalline, the game frames its conflict around humanity’s struggle to contain an ever-spreading, reality-warping threat. The Crystalline isn’t just a narrative backdrop but a visual and mechanical presence, reshaping environments into jagged, hostile terrain and spawning enemies that feel distinctly alien rather than reskinned humanoids. While the story never pushes itself to the foreground with heavy exposition, it provides enough context to justify the missions and reinforce the sense of an ongoing, desperate war rather than a series of disconnected firefights. At the heart of Shatterline is its shooting model, which emphasizes speed, clarity, and responsiveness. Weapons are punchy and readable, recoil patterns are learnable, and hit feedback is sharp, making engagements feel skill-driven rather than chaotic. The arsenal spans familiar FPS categories—assault rifles, SMGs, sniper rifles, shotguns—while allowing meaningful customization through attachments and upgrades. Loadout choices matter, but they rarely overwhelm the player with complexity, striking a balance between accessibility and mastery. Even players critical of the game’s broader direction often agree that the core gunplay stands shoulder-to-shoulder with far more established shooters. The operative system adds another layer of tactical identity. Each operative comes with unique abilities that subtly but meaningfully alter how combat unfolds, whether through mobility tools, defensive gadgets, healing support, or burst damage options. Rather than locking players into rigid roles, the design encourages hybrid playstyles, allowing aggressive medics, defensive damage dealers, or mobile snipers depending on how abilities and weapons are combined. This flexibility was especially evident during the game’s multiplayer-focused phase, where team composition and ability synergy played a major role in objective-based modes. One of Shatterline’s most distinctive offerings was its cooperative PvE mode, Expedition, which blended roguelike progression with FPS combat. In this mode, players fought through escalating encounters against the Crystalline, earning upgrades and adapting builds over the course of a run. Expedition highlighted the game’s strength in PvE combat, offering variety, tension, and replayability while showcasing enemy design that felt purpose-built rather than incidental. For many players, this mode represented the clearest expression of the game’s potential, sitting comfortably between arcade shooter and tactical co-op experience. Over time, however, Shatterline underwent a major shift away from live multiplayer support, transitioning from its original free-to-play, service-driven structure toward a more contained experience centered on solo and structured content. This pivot was met with mixed reactions. Longtime players who invested heavily in the multiplayer ecosystem often viewed the change as a loss of ambition, while others appreciated the move toward a more stable, focused product. The transition underscores the challenges of sustaining a competitive multiplayer shooter in a crowded market, especially for an independent studio. Visually, the game delivers a clean and readable sci-fi aesthetic rather than spectacle-driven excess. Environments scarred by crystalline growths contrast effectively with industrial and urban settings, reinforcing the sense of an invasive, unnatural threat. Character models and weapon designs are functional and distinct, prioritizing gameplay readability over flashy embellishment. Audio design complements this approach, with impactful weapon sounds and clear combat cues that reinforce situational awareness rather than cinematic flourish. Community reception reflects the game’s complicated history. Early praise focused on mechanical quality, mode variety, and fair monetization, while later criticism centered on the loss of multiplayer services and uncertainty about long-term direction. Despite this, a consistent throughline in player feedback is respect for the foundation Shatterline was built on. Many players recognize that, regardless of structural changes, the game succeeds at delivering satisfying FPS combat with a strong sense of flow and control. Taken as a whole, Shatterline is a shooter defined less by what it ultimately became and more by how well it executes its fundamentals. Its gunplay, operatives, and enemy design demonstrate clear technical competence and creative intent, even if its broader ambitions were scaled back over time. For players seeking a fast, responsive sci-fi FPS with flexible playstyles and a distinctive enemy theme, it remains a compelling experience—one that illustrates both the strengths and challenges of modern shooter development in an increasingly competitive landscape.
