Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Jul 23 → 5.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game has such a great core design, but is woefully marred by poor optimization and clunky interfaces. First, the most glaring issue. This game has a persistent memory leak. Performance gets worse the longer you play. It’s a voxel game, yet it runs worse than CP2077 on ultra. Pretty inexcusable. Next, the interfaces. For a game that uses the cork board as an integral gameplay mechanic, it leaves a lot to be desired. The textboxes and context menus feel cheap and flimsy. They also integrate poorly. Want to navigate to a suspect’s home or work? Sure, just open their profile, see the address? Now with a lot of things in this game, the address or name is a hyperlink. Convenient! EXCEPT, when looking at the profile of a person. The one screen with all the info you found, none of it is clickable. So, instead you have to scroll through 2 pages of info, see the address, then hit F1 and search for the name of the apartment building before you can navigate there. Finally, game flow! Bad. Really bad. I snuck into a suspects home at 2am, as long as I’m quiet, I should be able to snoop. Nope! The homeowners will do a variation of the following: wake up, watch TV for 3 minutes, go to the bathroom, go to the kitchen and then back to the bathroom, say they’re going to get milk, walk out the door and immediately back inside, go back to bed, then get up to go to the bathroom again, open their computer, go back to bed for 1 minute and then back to the kitchen. You get the picture. In a game where you can find notes with people’s work schedule on it, things should be predictable. It feels like I’m playing a detective game while also trying to hide from a chaotic Freddy Fazbear, with no rhythm or set routine. This game could be so fun, but all it really ends up being is aggravating. It feels so poorly thought out and optimized. A shame, it could have been amazing. Don’t buy unless on sale for under $10. Nowhere near a +$20 price tag.

Despite long standing performance issues with the game that I hope to see improved someday, this is genuinely one of the most interesting and unique games I've ever played in terms of what it strives to achieve and how it makes you feel. Like any other game that wants to create a realistic simulation of a world, there eventually comes a point where you start to notice the cracks, the quick ways to circumvent certain processes in order to quickly and efficiently solve cases. but before you get to that point the game truly is something magical and can continue to be magical if you feel like putting in the effort to roleplay a little. The game has so many methods of extracting information that it's almost overwhelming at first, but as you get better at the game you really do develop a level of common sense on what sort of things to look out for at crime scenes, things that can be inferred through context. It really does put you in the headspace of a detective. If you're at all interested in the mechanics of the game and can overlook some performance issues, I'd absolutely recommend giving it a shot. how long your interest lasts may vary, but I got a good 100 hours out of it and still find myself coming back from time to time to solve a few cases.
>be me, private detective >solved nearly half a dozen cases >getting close to retirement >"Just one more case" >get called for a murder >sneak past the police >tfw can't find any evidence or murder weapon >tfw the killer gets away with it FIVE MORE TIMES >eventually got sick of dealing with cops, stole their gun and threw it away >next murder isn't a gunshot, but a stabbing >areyoukiddingme.exe Turns out the cop was murdering people, reporting the murder, and guarding the crime scene to try and prevent anyone from figuring it out. I had to go back to the random alleyway I ditched the gun to recover the murder weapon. 10/10, would be the star of my own noir novel again.
An amazing game that unfortunately still feels like its in early access. Theres a ton of content and the world can feel incredibly fleshed out but there are still many major bugs and performance issues that need to be fixed.
Boring
Knocked an elderly couple out to rob them blind and was rifling through their nightstands when someone barged in and murdered the wife in front of me. 10/10 Seriously though, great game. Love the different types of murders and side jobs you can do while also just robbing everywhere you manage to make your way into.
Lleva a ebullicion a fuego medio.
this ♥♥♥♥ is incrediböy, such a nostalgic feel and really fun
