Servant of the Lake

流程很长，不枉这么长时间的等待👍好玩的很，就是感觉没前几代猎奇还有神奇小方块没看见剧情可能拉了 成就提示比前几代好，这个笔记虽然没啥用而且笔还得点一下有点屎，bug比较多，猫咪和女仆有时候会卡住得重开，还有些道具要拖过去才行，没什么好说的，必玩

I had a great time playing. I enjoyed the story so much~ hoping for more Rusty Lake games to come!

I'm sorry, I really do love Rusty Lake, but this one is just... no. The whole game is basically a list of tasks you need to fill, I would say half of them are merely "go do this again" and the rest are trial and error. I love their twisted logic, but here it seem just random. There's not much to "discover" or "solve". Bummer...

前后共花20天[strike]（实则只打开了三次） [/strike]，因此玩完才发现游戏跨度竟然只有三天，感叹主角完全核动力驴（x）。 感觉这部解密难度有所下降，但和本人日益降低的脑力相匹配（x），虽然二周目仍然要靠攻略。补充了一些人物的背景故事，十分震惊.jpg。[spoiler] 以及玩家身份竟然是Harvey，莫名的爽感（？） [/spoiler]。

隔壁转来了一个老头，他靠扭腰找到了长生不老药的配方，我们都扭不过他 所以下一步什么时候出啊啊啊啊啊

If you like the rest of the Rusty Lake series, you'll like this one as well (and if you like macabre puzzle games and haven't tried them yet, you should absolutely go for it - just maybe not this one, a bunch of the bigger reveals rely on knowledge from previous instalments). Servant of the Lake delivers solid and fair puzzles and plenty of lore, with a good helping of (sometimes absurdist) black comedy, as you'd expect. It didn't blow me away, but it did give me exactly what I was asking for when I bought it.

I really like these games that focus only on a singular setting and a few characters within the world of Rusty Lake. Along The Past Within and Underground Blossom, this game manages to be another creative, fleshed out and polished puzzlepiece within the big mysteries of Rusty Lake. The puzzles arent to easy nor to hard, creating a pleasent flow through the chapters. Post game content across chapters was also a very cool extra to have. This one really got me hooked to at least replay Rusty Lake: Roots in the near future. Looking forward to whats coming next!
