Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Selaco is a brand new original shooter inspired by classics, featuring thrilling action set pieces, destructibility, smart enemies and a fleshed out story taking place within an immersive game world. It draws inspiration heavily from F.E.A.R. in terms of action set pieces, while mixing exploration elements from Half-Life, along with some more modern features.

The story takes place during a violent invasion on Selaco, a massive space station sheltering the last refugees after Earth’s fall just a few years prior. You play as Dawn Collins, an ACE Security Captain who, with her recent promotion and high level security clearances, is digging deep into the truth behind Selaco's murky history. Before she can finish her investigation, Selaco is rocked by explosions and armed invaders.

A lengthy adventure-driven campaign
Selaco offers a massive, uninterrupted journey packed with action and atmosphere. Explore a wide range of environments in a fully connected world - no cutaways, no time jumps, just seamless momentum from start to finish.
Intense Action set pieces
Blast through your environment with impactful weapons that really leave a mark on the world. That once lavish office space, now nothing but a pile of rubble with broken paintings, smashed tables, screen, chairs, smoke, and chunks of debris.
Custom AI
Selaco’s AI was built from the ground up for dynamic, coordinated combat. Enemies communicate, flank, suppress, and adapt to your tactics - keeping pressure when you're aggressive or rushing when you're vulnerable. Hundreds of voiced lines hint at their next move, making every fight feel alive.
Full soundtrack
Selaco features an original, full-length soundtrack composed by Lawrence Steele, with over 3 hours of neon-tinged electronica spanning from high-intensity combat tracks to immersive, atmospheric soundscapes.
Adapt & Overcome
As enemies evolve and gain access to new tools, so do you. Improve your weaponry with new utility upgrades, or transform weapon behavior entirely with Weapon Kits.
Replayability
Selaco is designed with replayability in mind. Jump into Randomizer Mode to experience remixed mechanics, exclusive enemies, and fully customizable chaos. Or test your skills in Incursion Mode (coming later during Early Access), an endless survival challenge set in Deathmatch-style arenas.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

One of the best FPS's I've played in recent years hands down. Selaco takes clear inspiration from the classics you'll have seen mentioned such as Doom, Duke and F.E.A.R with similarities to other Boomer Shooters such as Hedon and Ion fury. The best comparison I could think of for Selaco would be Prodeus as both games have some of the best 2D sprites you'll see in a FPS along with satisfying visual & audio weapon effects and a permanent upgrade system that made secret hunting far more rewarding. Prodeus is a good game that ticks most of the right boxes but Selaco is a great game and even in late early access hits above its weight in almost everything it does. You forget sometimes that the game is all 2.5D with its impressive use of textures, lighting and destructible objects scattered around each level. The level of interaction you have with the environment is comparable to System Shock which was another game whose level design I found similar to Selaco which isn't necessarily a compliment. The gunplay, guns, controls and movement is slick. I didn't get stuck on one object or in a space during my playthrough. The combat is intense, exciting and chaotic. With one of the most enjoyable parts of Selaco being the encounters with its enemies and the carnage which ensues. The world is interesting enough to encourage exploration while the subtle use of a plot/backstory doesn't try to detract from the gameplay which focuses on a mix of combat encounters, environmental puzzles or obstacles. Selaco doesn't introduce anything we haven't seen before but does it well enough that it feels fun and fresh. The Soundtrack is excellent to boot and really suits the whole sci-fi aesthetic. Nothing is perfect however and overlooking one or two minor criticisms I have to acknowledge some of the negative feedback while it is still in early access. There is one feature I do think Selaco could benefit from which would be a quest marker to indicate what direction your next objective or area of progression is. The map design in Selaco is no where near the worst I've played in a FPS or any game, the combat arenas are clearly designed with combat in mind and the levels are often crafted to encourage and reward the player for exploration. Overall the map design is good and there is a in game map to help the player which marks important items etc. Although at least twice in my playthrough there was a period of 15-20 mins that without any clear indication where I should go, I was wandering around the level till I found the objective/exit. Wasn't all bad I suppose stumbled upon a few secrets would have missed otherwise. Final Verdict 8/10 so far but on it's way to becoming a masterpiece in the genre if chapter 2 is better yet again.

Great game: love the gameplay, visuals, audio, music, atmosphere. It's like an extremely improved version of Duke Nukem 3D / Half Life. Quite challenging, both the fights and the searching for ways forward, but that's also a part of what makes it great: the levels are huge, which works for this game.
This game is absolutely fantastic, the atmosphere, the mechanics, everything about it is amazing. it's just hard to know where to go(devs said that they will take care of it when the game goes on full release) other than that its amazing.
Amazing Game. It is great I love every second I expeded in this game, and their combat loop, altough the game level can be too big sometimes, that makes secret hunting kinda annoyong even with guides. But otherwise is amazing 10/10
Absolute gem, a modern iteration of classic DOOM, with heavy exploration, secrets, lore, amazing graphics, weapons, upgrades, etc...
Pretty solid. Settings a bit grim, in a "everyone is actively being killed around you and you're constantly too late" kind of way, which might be a put off. My only other vague complaint is that it's a Doom feeling game with guns that aren't and are pretty standard fps hitscan weapons, so there feels like a mild disconnect there.
Sweet mother of pearl, this is one of my favorite games ever. Half-Life meets classic Doom
cool
It is v good
literally the best gunplay
