Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Selaco is a brand new original shooter inspired by classics, featuring thrilling action set pieces, destructibility, smart enemies and a fleshed out story taking place within an immersive game world. It draws inspiration heavily from F.E.A.R. in terms of action set pieces, while mixing exploration elements from Half-Life, along with some more modern features.

The story takes place during a violent invasion on Selaco, a massive space station sheltering the last refugees after Earth’s fall just a few years prior. You play as Dawn Collins, an ACE Security Captain who, with her recent promotion and high level security clearances, is digging deep into the truth behind Selaco's murky history. Before she can finish her investigation, Selaco is rocked by explosions and armed invaders.

A lengthy adventure-driven campaign
Selaco offers a massive, uninterrupted journey packed with action and atmosphere. Explore a wide range of environments in a fully connected world - no cutaways, no time jumps, just seamless momentum from start to finish.
Intense Action set pieces
Blast through your environment with impactful weapons that really leave a mark on the world. That once lavish office space, now nothing but a pile of rubble with broken paintings, smashed tables, screen, chairs, smoke, and chunks of debris.
Custom AI
Selaco’s AI was built from the ground up for dynamic, coordinated combat. Enemies communicate, flank, suppress, and adapt to your tactics - keeping pressure when you're aggressive or rushing when you're vulnerable. Hundreds of voiced lines hint at their next move, making every fight feel alive.
Full soundtrack
Selaco features an original, full-length soundtrack composed by Lawrence Steele, with over 3 hours of neon-tinged electronica spanning from high-intensity combat tracks to immersive, atmospheric soundscapes.
Adapt & Overcome
As enemies evolve and gain access to new tools, so do you. Improve your weaponry with new utility upgrades, or transform weapon behavior entirely with Weapon Kits.
Replayability
Selaco is designed with replayability in mind. Jump into Randomizer Mode to experience remixed mechanics, exclusive enemies, and fully customizable chaos. Or test your skills in Incursion Mode (coming later during Early Access), an endless survival challenge set in Deathmatch-style arenas.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Great title. Describing it as a boomer shooter does it a disservice, as it feels like a very good one, but it also feels like a unique blend of many great games. Technically it feels impressive, the gunplay is top notch and overall it feels like next-gen of games of this type. The devs balance exploration with main objectives in an intuitive and confident way. It has detailed and destructible environments (impressive for this type of graphics) and though some elements feel underutilized (mostly concerning the story) it has some personality to it and feels promising. On technical side it runs like butter... most of the time. The level of destruction and amount and persistence of particles and decals is top notch, but it can be quite demanding if put on max settings regardless of the PC specifications. I've only encountered two crashes across all my hours of gameplay. Even unfinished, this game has a lot of content, including a meaty bonus level that is not easy to unlock. Additionally there's a randomized special campaign if you beat the game once without cheats, and this is mostly the same game but the randomization adds some unpredictability, and is also deeply customizable. I'm looking forward to further chapters.

Is this what its like to be a women? Jokes aside, this is one of the best games I've ever played. plenty of hours you have to put in just to beat the first act (all though i might just be bad). I recommend this to anybody that likes linear, advanced enemy ai focused games like F.E.A.R or Half Life. I honestly didn't care for this game too much, just getting it because it was in a deal with Fallen Aces too (Which is also awesome). Since its on a really old game engine, this doesn't even need to be optimized to play on any pc. The game's visuals are still stunning regardless and VERY aesthetically pleasing. The game is also EXTREMELY polished, I haven't found a single bug. I'm dead honest not 1. If you hate unintended features, including the fun ones, this game is more than polished enough for you. If your a Halo fan, This gives me some real Halo 3 ODST vibes whenever i play it. The aesthetic of a futuristic city in ruin taken over by a huge alien presence is so alike to New Mombasa. Not to mention tones of mutators that act like skulls. If you like gore, idk how, but with 2d sprites they made some really detailed gore. The best part is that the aliens are made out of grape soda, making the gore PG and safe for children ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Despite not having the most interesting story, the world building in Selaco is fun. Despite never finding out what the hell the aliens even are (I like to think Aliens that studied people for a while and grape soda as well), the lore of humanity is kind of cool and I would give it a shot. 1 last note, there are Roombas that vacuum stuff up and you can pet them too. There's a mod that gives them a knife which is also great.
Real Special title. Half Life 1 if it played like FEAR, on Doom. Stunning amount of work into this and it shows. A genre must. SO MANY GUN
Pure FPS fun. I plan on replaying many times. The firefights are super tense and the guns all sound and feel great. Be prepared to spend a little time looking for key cards. I found myself a little lost a few times and had to look up where to find certain things. Worth it at full price. Awesome game.
i like this game a lot, like a lot a lot
One of the best FPS's I've ever played. So much to do, awesome firefights, massive levels, so much creativity. Just incredible!
Game's awesome. Maybe some won't like the comparison, but at times it felt like I was playing the vastly improved, story rich Duke Nukem.
One of the finest FPS games I have ever played, it will always hold a special place in my heart! Incredible graphics, atmospheric storytelling, amazing gunplay and top notch AI make Selaco one of the best FPS games on the market, not to mention its fantastic audio, including a banging soundtrack! This game is the absolute gold standard, dripping with atmosphere, I cannot wait for the next chapters to come out!

Incredible shooter, surprised more people I know haven't played this. One of the best modern boomer shooters.
