This game is one of the most original, entertaining and wholly enjoyable I've had the chance to play in quite some time. The art is lovely, the mechanics are fascinating and the replayability is fairly high. To start off, it's not exactly an easy game. 29 hours in and I'm still learning new stuff each time. One of these is the concept of risk/reward. The game has 2 distinct stages, the above ground portion where you acquire upgrades every two sections and the underground portion, once the conditions have been met. In order to progress, one must acquire 10 movement points via boots. Something I find interesting is the second you get all 10, that's it, you cannot get any further upgrades and you're off to the catacombs. Here is where the concept of risk/reward comes into play. When digging a grave you might accidentally unearth a boot and prematurely visit the catacombs. If you avoid the boots, you will grow stronger but there are only a finite number of graveyards to wander through before the run end condition is met. The opposite is true as well, sometimes you choose poorly and are unable to "win". Upgrades like reveal choices are fantastic for alleviating the RNG. Upgrades can fundamentally alter the game in varying ways...exchanging dud tiles for more beneficial or altering an enemy to become deadlier yet have a positive effect. Now, for the sake of being entirely honest, this game is tough and may very well turn some people away due to how frustrating it can be. RNG, especially at the beginning, is brutal. After getting achievements, all fairly easy to grab, you're rewarded with more options and mechanics. TL;DR Tough game that immensely rewarding and positively worth the value.

A very well made simple deckbuilder that hides a surprising level of strategy behind it's luck-based surface. I had a fun time exploring different strategies and learning how to play around each character, though I'm probably not going to bother going for 100%. Just a few balance gripes keep me from wanting to do that, but I've also gotten the vast majority of unlocks while barely interacting with those problems, so it's minor. Those willing to do more grinding may find it a non-issue. I solidly recommend this game! Edit: as of the latest update, my most major concern - the Werewolf curse - has been addressed, and is now more enjoyable to play. So I'm happy to say I did end up going back to get 100%, and had fun doing so.
Gra jest super do grania na chillu. jest prosta i jednocześnie złożona. Najlepsza jest zabawa buildem.
Great game one of the few rougelites/likes I don't get bored of after a day or two. Found this from Olexa's video strange how there isn't more people buying this.
Simple and fresh. Lots of RNG, but many ways to embrace it or mitigate it. Runs are fast and have interesting situations arise.
I had so much fun with this lovely pixel pearl. Highly recommend it! Works perfect on Steamdeck.
Great game. Very simple to understand and play, seems pretty idle but the strategy ramps up and there's way more content and complexity than you'd think at first. Very fun and totally worth a try.
It is an absolute crime that this game isn't more popular. For me, it has that perfect, addictive "just one more run" loop that keeps me hooked for hours. Everything about the presentation is wonderful: I absolutely love the soundtrack, the beautifully gloomy atmosphere, and the constant progression through unlocks. It is just a incredibly charming experience overall. My only minor "complaint" is that I wish there were more upgrades, or that the synergies between them felt a bit more impactful. Even so, it is a fantastic indie title that roguelite fans shouldn't pass up. Highly recommended!
Good game, big time.
