Sayonara Wild Hearts is a dreamy arcade game about riding motorcycles, skateboarding, dance battling, shooting lasers, wielding swords, and breaking hearts at 200 mph.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Really more a way to experience an album but in a more experimental and exciting fashion. About 20 segments lasting a total of a hour with a high score mechanic and movement set to the beat. Just another game I quite like from Annapurna Interactive who have a very consistent hit rate for me.
The actual game.... Is not what I thought it would be from the description and trailer. It looks really cool, and admittedly, it is a very pretty game, but the actual gameplay isn't coherent. It takes the form of an infinite runner that is randomly interrupted by other minigames. No part of the game is especially hard, all you get for sucking is a lower score. Near as I can tell, there is no lose condition. The story is incoherent nonsense. I'm sure this game has its audience, but I am not that audience.

Fell in love on PS and continue to love it on steam! Truly a beautiful game to experience. Visuals and soundtrack are perfect for one player or to trade off with friends at the afters. 10/10
the game was very fun, the music and aesthetic are amazing. got it for just $3 and had a certain time with it while some friends watched. highly recommend!
I am surprised this game did not stay popular for longer or have a sequel. The soundtrack and how it integrates with the story and gameplay is incredible. I replay this from start to finish in one sitting at least once a year chasing the high I had the first time I played.
I adore this game so much. This is the fifth time i have played through it, and i have every intention of getting all trophies again. Such a simple yet beautiful story, and the soundtrack is phenomenal; Daniel Olsen is a genius.
Played this on PS5, gladly bought it again on PC. It's a game I wish came around when my last ex and I broke up. Now, I push this game on people who were as lonely as I was then. Goodbye. So long. Sayonara, Wild Heart.
If I get a nickel every time someone told me that they played a game like Sayonara Wild Hearts before, then I'd be broke as f*ck because I don't genuinely believe anyone would say that. Sayonara Wild Hearts is that unique of a game. In it's core, it does have a 'subway surfers'-with-QTE-type gameplay but every level introduces something new that keeps the experience fresh. There are even secret Zodiac riddles hidden throughout the game, with cryptic hints that add an extra layer of challenge for completionists. And of course, the biggest highlight: the soundtrack. Some tracks are purely instrumental, while others feature vocals, and I genuinely enjoyed more than half of the album, if not loved them outright. I think I have been singing "Inside" for a long while now and even saw myself using it as background music while cleaning my room. Wish I could forget this game so that I could experience everything for the first time all over again.
