Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.43/day in the week to Sep 14 → 11/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Devs should really make the game free if they want players to be the devs.
I like that there are many different games to play on s&box
Have you ever played a game that was bad? This isn't that, but have you ever played a game that was good? It's not that either. You know what this is? Are you a child from Africa who want's to learn java script? This is for you. I sent this game for free, but still felt it was neccesary to refund it anyways and got my money back.

That was the most pointless thing i've experienced in my life zero player base, cant even play any if you wanted to.
its not the best, but there are some hidden gems lmaoo
UPDATE(6/12/2026): still playing around with the engine, they added an orthographic view for specifically making 2d platformers and such with added a day or two ago i think it was, looks like it would work well for games like zomboid as well. im having a BLAST with it now that i can screw around with source physics in 2d, i played a ton of mario maker 2 in the passed so this is right up my alley haha yesterday i made a rope component that generates a rope with how every many segments, whatever width you want, elasticity and all that, your player can move it all around and jump on it was really cool! thinkin about using that to make a bungie cord game where you jump off a bridge maybe some skyscrapers who knows. about a couple days ago, i messed around with the water tool someone made, it generates a whole ocean and you can make big waves and theres little demo boats that come with it that are fun to cruise around on, was thinking about some sort of water type of mario kart game, give dashes and some water effects to the boats, add a few selections of boats, add a bunch of different items you can get during the race weapon/ util wise.. idk theres just sosososos much you can do that people are just turning a blind eye to becuase sausage model micro transactions etc etc... SUPER shame man. it deserves more.... thats why i wanna make something super fun haha always loved the source engine since i was a kid playing cs 1.6, it has as special place in my heart haha note: i did find some REALLY cool and polished games under the "new" section, im assuming thats where youll see alot of stuff you havent before, dont get me wrong theres alot of junk in there for sure becuase its all new stuff. there are some gems though. i found one that literally couldve been its own standalone game for 5 to 10 bucks as an indie game. between the polish and the music it was incredible, i was stunned tbh haha. i cant remember the name for the life of me though, you start with a ring and have these balls you pop up in the middle and get upgrades and such, not normally a game id play but between the music (for real tho it was absolutely phenomenal) and watched the physics of the balls jump around from where i placed them as well as getting upgrades...... before i knew it i had been sitting there for over an hour lmfao ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Original review (a date in the passed sometime): ok, so far ive done alot of the things people said/ i saw in videos that you couldnt do / didnt work in the sandbox mode. some of these include: the reload sounds, physics of the bodies not working when dying from explosions (the body would just respawn on death and fall the ground instead of being sent flying throught the air) also there are entities you can spawn to shoot each other-friendly army guys and regular army guys you can spawn (though i know thats nowhere near the amount of entities you could spawn to fight each other in garrys mod but atleast its a step in the right direction i guess.) also im pretty sure i saw explosions not working at all which seems to be completely fixed from what i can see along with the sounds. The frame rate and performance seem to be completely fine for me so far in the games ive played and in the editor (though i havent played any multiplayer games since i dont feel like playing mow the lawn lmfao... or DXRP which are the only two choices when it comes to multiplayer atm) that being said if your getting this for ANYTHING other than the sand box mode or the editor to make games i straight up wouldn't bother, EVERY SINGLE game on there right now is stuff you would see on the app store on your phone, not even good stuff on your app store either like the spam apps you scroll by and idle stuff is all thats on there right now. im sure there will be games on there eventually as time progresses and more people mess with their editor/ more documentation comes out. FYI you CAN get the editor for free through github but you have to change the app id in one of the files to 480 becuase otherwise itll keep saying "where's steam?" every time you launch it. as the normal ap id S& box uses your steam account wont have access to since you havent bought the game yet, heres how below: "To set your Steam Application ID to 480 (the universal Spacewar developer ID used for testing), you need to modify the AppId in the Application.cs file. 1. Navigate to your sandbox project folder and open \engine\Sandbox.Engine\Application.cs. 2. Locate the AppId variable (currently set to a placeholder or a different number). 3. Change the value to 480. 4. Save the file. 5. Return to the main directory and run Bootstrap.bat. This will configure your game/sandbox to connect properly using the Steamworks SDK." after changing it to 480 it works fine(itll just say your playing SpaceWar on steam instead of S& Box becuase of the ap id change), i mainly just got this to have for the future/ wanted to atleast look at the games on there to see what people were doing with the engine since thats what im more interested in atm. TLDR: if your getting this to play the games that are on the platform, HOLD OFF FOR NOW!! If you are getting it for the editor just know you CAN get that for free from github (see above)

This simply isn't the Gmod 2 we were hoping for. It's more like Roblox 2, now with extra sausage. On top of terrible performance, it just lacks any real content for something built off of a Source engine. Had the building blocks for success just by following in the old footsteps of what happened with Half Life 2 and the birth of Gmod, now with shortcuts, but nah. Sausage man with an in-game cosmetic store. I think just breaking apart Half Life Alyx and letting the workshop flourish from there would have been the better option, but nah.
Separating from the whole Garry's Mod 2 idea completely killed this game and it shows. On launch you had 12k and now there is barely anyone on this game. I have to have a NASA computer powered by a nuclear reactor to play this game. Currently at the time of writing this there is 16k players playing Garry's Mod and that isnt even at peak hours. Disappointing game.
