Très bon Stardew Valley-like

It's as if stardew valley was set during caveman times and you don't lose all your loot when you pass out at two am. Instead you just wake up with a little less stamina and it's easily fixed by eating some food. Thought out romances. Loads of friendships. Unique dialogues with each person. Many different areas for foraging like beach, savanna, forest etc. It has a cave system but with no combat. Minigames during festivals, You can take and ride animals, you can invite them to join your clan to produce milk, eggs etc. or you can send them to th butcher block ocbe slaughtered for meat. You do not HAVE to. If you need meatz you can set up meat traps, and you don't have to deal with the guilt. I highly recommend it. Very LGBTQ friendly. Literally a "stardew but prehistoric" it's great. Super cozy, very ADHD and autistic friendly

A fun and enjoyable farming sim that sticks to it's theme well and makes use of several mechanics that suit it. Breeding animals to improve them through each generation and the irrigation system are great touches. The biggest drawbacks are that sometimes it's a bit unclear what is a good way to progress and the endgame goals can be a bit of a grind to achieve.

every time i think that there's nothing left to do more appears pros: - TONS of content - no time limit on ideas (quests)! can be kinda overwhelming to get a bunch at once but you can take your time to get through it - tools and seeds are in their own wheel/don't take up room in your backpack - generally decent tutorialization AND you can go and re-read the tutorials - map shows where npcs are-- there's a lot of info in general that you can find from hitting "esc". lots of tabs of info so make sure to thoroughly look through everything! - interesting themeing that is well built upon (potential) cons: - caves (mines) can be quite difficult to navigate. more of a puzzle than anything - i wish it would say how long seeds take to grow BEFORE you plant them - a lot of plants can be developed into further products so those that you can't develop feel kinda useless - fishing doesn't really have a major part in most of the game - it can be easy to miss things as there's often information overload - plz let me have more than 3 pets overall a very fun game and quite interesting in terms of farming sims. would recommend!

i don't normally leave reviews for games, even if I feel strongly one way or another, but I picked this game up because I am a HUGE Stardew Valley (& other cozy-type game) fan. It's probably my most played game between all the different consoles. I am always worried when I see a lot of reviews for games that compare it to SDV because a lot of them can feel like a clone, in a bad way. I am so, so happy that this game has the same feel as SDV while also being entirely its own. There is a "community center" type story line, but rather than fetching certain items, you are working to develop your clan & land and working to meet milestones in terms of development, plus a bigger story surrounding neighboring clans. It's really well thought out and well implemented. The recent (1.3) update added SO MUCH content that I feel like there's so much left to do even though I completed the "main story" already. This game will be right up there with my top favorite cozy games, I think. It's genuinely so enjoyable and I really like the mechanic of developing the village step by step - everything from fishing, to domesticating crops, to processing your harvests. Plus, the art is adorable, the minigames are fun/enjoyable, and some of the outfit options are so cute, too. I love this game, genuinely. If you like SDV or other similar games, I can almost guarantee you will really like this one, too.
