Rita is a great little cozy gem! I've been following it for a while and have been excited to play it. The puzzle's can be trickier than you first realise and are satisfying to work out. Coupled with an endearing story and great little memory moments, I've had an awesome time with Rita!

Rita is such a charming game, not only full of puzzles, but also warmth. The heartwarming tale of how family connects and lives on through each other is absolutely endearing to the fourth ventricle of my heart<3 And I love the little cheeky tips of the hat to other games that gave inspiration. Highly recommend for folks looking for a kind crossword puzzle with an emphasis on the sweetness of growing up with a caring family member. I'm thankful to have played.

This one. This one is a really good one. Remember when you played Super Mario Odyssey for the first time? The light 3D platforming, but completely accessible and fun? Are you also an puzzle fan? Crosswords? Wordle? Rebus type puzzles? Word Searches? These are well though out - borderline tricky sometimes. You're gatekept in a way that makes everything feel well organized - You'll never get to a place where you won't be able to succeed by either what you have or by some extra exploration. The story is heartwarming. I'm not done yet, but I think you (reading this) should absolutely play the demo. The demo is a very strong indicator of whether or not this is for you... But if you're reading this far, this is for you.

The game is a fun puzzle game. Mixes some exploration with crosswords, from normal ones to more unique ones like emoji, roman numerals, cryptic crosswords and some more, as well as find-the-word puzzles. The game has hint settings that you can turn on, off, or set to activate after a certain amount of time, which I find really great. They are also separate for the crossword hints and the exploration hints. So if you struggle with one you can enable solely that one. The difficulty of the puzzles: if you do a lot of crosswords, the puzzles should not be hard. I got stuck only twice, and that was because I had a hard time finding a certain shoes, and then one word in the cryptic crossword. The game took me about 4.5 hours to complete with all feather collectibles included, and then about one more hour for achievements I missed.

LOVED this game! I LOVE puzzles so much and so a game purely based around puzzles with the cutest graphics AND an emotional storyline was literally perfect for me. I played this on my twitch stream, my chat loved helping me solve the puzzles and it really got us thinking, also 'cool mooless cows'. I just want to say how much I appreciate the thought into this game, rather than other puzzle games who just chuck in a puzzle. Every puzzle was obviously thought out and put it in for a reason (or else the story line didn't flow well) and I loved the variety and different complexities of them. I learnt how to do some new puzzles that I want to get better at too! The story throughout reminded me of my nana and how the little things that you grew up with from them stick around in the places and people wherever you go, after them, so there's always a part of them near, really resonated with me. I may have sobbed a little at the end lmao. Thank you for this beautiful game, I enjoyed playing this the whole time (even at the end when I was missing one damn feather and searched for nearly half an hour).

Rita é um jogo de puzzle bastante especial e que transborda carisma. A ideia central dele é explorar com a galinha Rita diferentes vilas e coletar letras para resolver palavras-cruzadas do jornal da cidade. Conforme cada palavra é decifrada, Rita consegue novas habilidades (como pular e planar), ou mudanças no cenário acontecem (como uma escada e ponte serem construídas), permitindo a progressão e a busca por coletáveis que ficaram pra trás. A premissa das palavras-cruzadas pode parecer simples no início, mas o jogo adiciona consistentemente mecânicas criativas que mudam como o puzzles devem ser resolvidos, tornando a experiência instigante até o final. A história do jogo é bastante pessoal do seu criador, contando algumas lições de vida que sua avó ensinou e que o levaram ao caminho de game designer, culminando em momentos bem emocionantes no desenrolar da narrativa. Essa história é contada através de fases extras mais desafiadoras, e que são liberadas ao coletar penas ao explorar os cenários. Como brasileiro, tive dificuldade com algumas palavras por serem bem específicas, mas equipado com o Google Tradutor no lado foi divertido de aprendê-las. Recomendo demais a experiência! Baita jogo de puzzle, já quero conhecer os outros do estúdio.
