i love shop games and this is the best one i have ever played. my favourite being how i can create my own arcade area

Very much enjoy the play style. like most other simulators. think a lot of the movies names and such are just funny.

I don't feel good about giving this a negative review because the basic premise is pretty good and it does have its fun moments. Unfortunately, it has some severe design issues which limit the actual gameplay that it contains. Some examples: - Sometimes customers will call to reserve a movie, and you can accept or decline. However, they will never ask for a movie you do not have, so there's no reason to ever decline the request. Additionally, the game automatically gives you a big on-screen prompt to show you which movie they asked for. You don't have to pay attention to what the customer said. You don't have to remember whether you have it, or where it is in your store. You don't have to know what it's called, or even what genre it is. Just follow the prompt and click the button. That's not really gameplay, it's just mindless prompt following. - Sometimes customers will return tapes late, or even broken. When that happens, the system automatically tells you at checkout if that customer has any outstanding fees. But again, you don't need to check which customer it is, or how late they returned the movie. The game simply tells you and you just click one more button than normal. You don't even have the choice to forget, because the transaction is not allowed to continue until you claim the late fee. So again, you don't have to pay attention to anything, just follow the prompt and click the button. These are just two examples of several similar ones, and that's just in the first two hours I am given to be able to refund, so I can't really explore much more. TL;DR: Fun idea, but gameplay very limited by many unfortunate design decisions.

Me está gustando bastante. Es un juego en el que principalmente eres el dueño de una tienda de alquiler de VHS. Tu misión es colocar las cintas, cobro en caja y ampliar el catálogo que tienes en tienda comprando películas nuevas. Con el tiempo puedes contratar hasta dos trabajadores para que el trabajo se haga menos pesado. Hay una variedad enorme de peliculas y de distintos tipos de géneros. Tambien hay bastantes cosas de decoración para la tienda, snaks y bebidas. Puedes personalizar el suelo, las paredes, el nombre de la tienda e incluso los estantes donde van las peliculas. Han metido contenido nuevo como por ejemplo: una estacion para reparar cintas rotas y una sección para alquilar reproductores de VHS.. Si te gustan los juegos tipo tienda y eres algo nostalgico, este juego es para ti.
