This is the best worst ♥♥♥♥♥ game ive ever played for a dollar. I hope theres a bit of a back story on why this game was such a turd. I would really love to know why! I just want you to know there's gonna be a lot more for this review I just cannot even begin to explain how bad red faction tube is like what the **** is up with that rail shooting level you gotta be kidding me and I played reflection 1 and it wasn't great put red faction 2 it's like 10 times worse how did you make the sequel where's the original oh Oh my God.
Game entirely misses the mark of what made the original great. Storyline is forgettable, honestly offensively cheesy and lame at times. Almost no destruction or geo-mod to speak of besides clearly marked set pieces. Guns are neat, but clunky. Enemies are dumb as hell and have trouble navigating their environment. Enemies infinitely respawn in several sections. Almost zero references or callbacks to the original besides magical "nano technology". Guerilla has issues, but is the proper sequel to Red Faction 1.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
