Red Faction: Guerrilla re-defines the limits of destruction-based game-play with a huge open-world, fast-paced guerrilla-style combat, and true physics-based destruction.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great game but vehicle physics and building destruction physics are worse than in the original. There's no good reason to play this over the original, go play it instead!
Having played this game on PS3 and Xbox360 back in 2009. this is 100% the best way to play or replay the game. When i was a youngster I remember the Game Informer articles talking about how amazing the physics and destruction was gonna be on this game the main character looked different in the beta stage at that time. IMO it really was a tech demo to prove how far the tech could go and i remind you this ran on the Xbox 360 and PS3 we are talking 2005 tech. Was amazed then and I'm still amazed now, respect.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 16: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Worse than the original in every way except the graphics. Just buy the old version instead.
i loe this game but this port sucks. fix your controller support please
The best destruction-based game ever made so far.
i put the game in full screen and all it does is flicker ive tried everything and it doesnt work its super ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying everytime
Horrible experience on steam deck. Nothing is mapped to correct buttons, button selection not displayed properly to the point that everything sits on top of other displayed settings, terrible default FOV (45degs), newest save at bottom of list. Zero QOL features. Literally the first game I've had issues on deck with. I expect better from Steam and these Devs. Hopefully its a better experience on PC. Controlls feel clunky, sounds are terrible, looks like a mix of remastered content and original (cut scenes etc look terrible), can't skip instructions, shooting feels like you have a water pistol that can't aim. Edit: Plays pretty well on PC, fairly unimpressive remaster tbh, bizare key mapping with no other presets, feels like a early access remaster or something.
Experiencing some pretty bad FPS drops at (10-20 fps) and really high single-core CPU utilization after playing the game for 20+ minutes. When I restart the game, it still 15-25fps on the main menu and that CPU utilization is still high. Strange. Tbh, it's kind of unplayable because of this. Haven't experienced this with other more graphically intense games.
It's a classic that never gets old.
