Realms of Flow

This is beautiful. Simply beautiful.

I love this app on my VR headset. I use it for meditation and quiet moments, and also for Sport exercise: it's great fun to move through various themes on my cross trainer with the headset. I hope more themes will be added soon via add-ons, and I also hope that more themes featuring movement will be added. Perhaps a generative AI option for customizing would be great. I would even be willing to spend significantly more money to do both meditation and exercise via the cross trainer/jogging in different themes.

Gibt es auf steam irgendeine Einstellung für das Sichtbarmachen von Spielen, die man schon mal kaufte, aber wieder zurück gegeben hat? Dieses Werk war jedenfalls schon mal in meinem Besitz und nun habe ich es noch einmal gekauft, da vergessen, dass ich es schon mal besaß. Hier gibt es alle möglichen - ja, sehr, sehr viele - Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, um ein meditativ-psychoaktives Bild vor sich "abzuspulen" und evtl. gewisse innere Erfahrungen zu erleben. Seit meinem letzten Test sind auch einige Umgebungen dazu gekommen. Die Bilder bewegen sich, man kann entsprechende Klänge dazu nehmen. Sich meditativ begleiten lassen (Atemanleitung), die Dauer der Länge einstellen usw. Grafisch schön umgesetzt, der Sound klingt auch gut. Es macht was es soll. Um die Erfahrung voll auszunutzen fehlt es mir persönlich an einer bestimmten Art von Keksen (aber es funktioniert sicher auch ohne). Darum werde ich die app auch diesmal wieder zurück geben (falls sich jemand wundert, warum ich positiv bewerte, aber dennoch zurückgegeben habe). Für alle, die sich für Meditation, Entspannung und etwas andersartige Erfahrungen interessieren eine Art Hilfsmittel, um diese Zustände zu erreichen.

after almost 4 hours in this thing, I think I'm qualified to do a review now. I got it, as most people probably do, to see cool things flying at my face in VR. I was absolutely not dissapointed. It uses some very unusual VR trickery to achieve what I can only describe as "what everyone imagined VR would eventually look like in a best-case scenario". It's GORGEOUS. It also works! Meditation, at least for me, has always been tricky. But for some reason, the counter-intuitive 'stimuli' helps to distract your brain while you focus on your breathing...AND IT WORKS! Tips tho: Entrainment=Brain Cheese Grater. Turn that off immediately. It sucks. The 'gaming' element, I think, is only there so they can sell it as a VR 'Game', turn that nonsense off too. It's completely counter productive to meditation. It's not terrible, it just serves no purpose. It's clear that the team that made this REALLY know their stuff when it comes to meditation as a science and it shows with all the cusomisation options available. If you are a VR enjoyer, or have a genuine interest in learning how to meditate, get it. It's a hell of a cool experience in an age of instant dopamine hits and brain rot, this feels a little bit like a cure for that. Check it out.

i tried so many app in VR in 10 years and this app is 10/10 ! bought it via Steam and also via Meta; i believe there is no way so immersive and effective to meditate and clean up your mind than Realms of Flow, it relax me so much that i fall asleep while watchig it; totally customizable i prefer to deactivate play and breathing visuals,sound frequencies are amazing, i keep on the narration so guiding you with a confortable and straight voice,i wish the humming to be activated from the begin and not later on, i believe this app can work also for hypnosis pourpose! simply amazing
