A kleptomaniac, a sociopath and a horrible friend. Randal is potentially one of the most scurrile protagonists since the invention of the hoverboard. Randal's Monday is a crazy space-time odyssey in classic adventure design, spiced up with countless geek culture references of the last 30 years.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 30 → 0.86/day in the week after.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 75.2/day in the week to Jul 16 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The main character here is simply unbearable. Not in a good way, but really annoying. He’s constantly whining, being stupid, and acting like an idiot, and it’s not funny—it’s tiring.

Average at best 5/10 Note: for people that liked the first part there is a second part "Randal's Tuesday" (released not too long ago) which seems to have gotten almost no attention. Mechanics/UI: -Has a function to show interactable objects which is useful (even though I many objects are not relevant) -inventory system is kind of tedious in my opinion. And I find it to be a bummer that the character isn't hinting at how an iitem can be used 90% of the time. Puzzle: -often illogical (the gun silencer didn't make sense - I didn't assume that person to be that stupid and that it was ultimately my goal to be loud. Chewing gum incident when pressing down the wing is also a big uff... i mean of course very logical) -has a hint system which is great -things that happened outside of the current level through triggerin dialogues etc. are not talked about or rather said the player isn't being informed about it. (wasn't often the case but often enough that I though to myself why not give me a hint that I should go to an other specific location...) -I would be stuck at the two color puzzle to this day if I didn't just look at the solution at some point. But maybe I am just stupid. -The character never really states why you cannot use an object on something which is tedious. (also very rarely does that in the inventory system). This would be the most natural way to find a solution. Some garbage situations that were illogical: -if I cannot attach a bag or clothes to a scarecrow I assume that I am missing some item that I can get from somewheren else. -you may not pass the hungry pigeons and you assume that you just need to feed them. No. -poisoned hot dog (if I remember that correctly you only can give it to someone after a certain dialogue was triggered which was weird and I tried it before already but again it didn't hint on what I need to do to give it to that person so I assumed I was missing some items or that sort) -koala situation (the player isn't allowed to do that because that is cruel while doing so many other crimes including murder) Dialogues: -feel so overly long at times withoud adding any value. I think they should have made dialogues way shorter because by the end I really started to get at the point of wanting to just end myself... I mean skip the dialogues. -Some Dialogues have reoccuring animations that are not skippable... And it is not like I want to see the same animation 10 times in a row. Thank god that has not been the case with too many characters but despite that it was still annoying similar to the kid with the gun (you know if you know) Story: -As it is with many stories about "time travelling" there are a lot of inconsistencies. Especially in the end scene (no spoilers are folliwing) which doesn't make sense because everything suddenly is normal except for 2 people (I get timelines being convulated in every time traveling piece of media but that situation is so non-sensical -> and the last dialogue in which there were choosable options actually made no difference on what ended up happening. So those 2 people could just have been normal and it would have played out the same way kinda) -Story is alright and in that regard would deserve a thumbs up
