You are a nomadic slugcat, both predator and prey in a broken ecosystem. Grab your spear and brave the industrial wastes, hunting enough food to survive, but be wary— other, bigger creatures have the same plan... and slugcats look delicious.

About
You are a slugcat. The world around you is full of danger, and you must face it – alone. Separated from your family in a devastating flood, you will need to find food and shelter between terrifying torrential downpours which threaten to drown all life. Climb through the ruins of an ancient civilization, evade the jaws of vicious predators, and discover new lands teeming with strange creatures and buried mysteries. Find your family before something makes a meal of you!
Inspired by the simplicity and aesthetics of 16-bit classics, this survival platformer requires clever decision-making, both to catch your own prey and to avoid the jaws of hungry predators. Each ravenous foe in your path will be cunning, vicious and always on the hunt – eager to sink their teeth into you, or even each other. As a small, soft slugcat you must rely on stealth and wit rather than force: learn the ecosystem and turn their strengths to your advantage. Maybe then you can survive… Rain World!

Lots of rain in this world
I wouldn't imagine writing a negative review for this game, especially with so little time played and hearing this is a loved game by many, however after multiple tries at this i probably give up. I'm annoyed. Positives: I really, really like the theme of the game and the artwork, the work put in to it and general atmosphere of the game, it's certainly a creative idea and a unique game. Negatives: Unfortunately the game imo fails totally in terms of UI design, it looks like to me that developers didn't want to bother with different UI controls for mouse and gamepad? For example: In settings you have to navigate on desktop by arrows instead of mouse, this is very annoying and inconvenient for a desktop user such as me, also i couldnt choose graphic settings or proper resolution as it was displaying much lower one then i actually use? it was weird.. As for controls, i totally hate it.. I thought i'll get used to it like in Hollow Knight but for some reason i did not, and when i pressed ESC in game to rebind it, it only showed up a pop-up as for what key does what. I could not even finish the tutorial after trying to start a new save as i didn't play for some time, but i just couldn't finish it as i have no clue what to do or where to go, there is a icon which points you somewhere, you go there.. And then nothing.. Especially if you were there 2x already, the controls are absolute hell for me though. ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── I may give this game a chance some time in the future, but currently i'm very dissapointed with how it turned out for me. I like the game overall, it's art, creatures, different bioms, music and everything.. Maybe just aside of the gameplay it self..

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

slugcat is cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
farm arrays is the worst designed level to ever be created in a video game and I will take no abjections. Other than that the games good. You should try it.
The game is awesome. The world, The art, the monsters, everything really. It's just that I don't like being the prey in games. If you want to survive, you must hide, run, and sneak. Sometimes you can barely kill a monster. But that's it. There is a reason why I love Deep Rock Galactic. And why I liked R.E.P.O. but not Lethal Company. I thought there would be a point where I would unlock a hammer or blast my way through obstacles. But some embrace that helplessness. And enjoy getting over it. So, if you liked what I just said. This game might be for you. But if you're like me. Keep playing DRG.
Tudo é incrível, menos os scavengers arrombados
Unforgiving, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at times. You will feel lost. And yet it is a very charming game.
