Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.88/day in the week to Jul 21 → 2.8/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

HOURS FLY BY ON HIS GAME so many late nights
Wow. Just wow. I haven’t even played 12 hours as of writing yet, and I’m hooked. Railroader genuinely makes you feel like you’re in a community served by a small-town railroad. I’ve only gotten through my first few in-game days and I’ve already felt the gears turning as I try to manage the contracts I’ve accepted. The situation the developers place you in when you first load into a new save is perfect. The need to rebuild your line because of a flood is the perfect element to make you feel a sense of urgency. Beyond this, the content so far is amazing. There isn’t a ‘wrong’ way to play because there are just so many options. I bought it during the winter sale, but I would still pay full price. Absolutely stunning game.

CHOO CHOO MODA FUKA
a good and chil game
I especially like the multi-player feature.
Ok this whole thing might sound a little silly but it was fun to do so I am sharing. So, I have this stalled C-55 pulling 3500 tons at 1% grade on Cowee with the direction towards Sylva. Tough spot, I was expecting a stall so I stationed the C-40 at Dillsboro as a banker. C-55 stalls, C-40 goes to the rescue, double heads, pulls. Result is 1mph up the grade without any fluctuation. That was extremely slow. A little later I decoupled the P-43 from the passenger service repairs at Dillsboro to send it to the aid of the other two. At this point it starts feeling like Interstellar. P-43 approach to couple while the slow uphill mammoth of a train approaches was easy at 1mph as I practically stop it, and it just rolled on to couple. Speed picked up to 11mph and the train had enough momentum. However, I wanted to return the P-43 to the service. So I get this idea to close the air pressure, and make decoupling easier, but I have to switch to manual camera because the follow camera can't get close enough. I do it. I follow the train coupling on manual camera ... now it's full Hans Zimmer vibes at the back of my head and try to close the pressure valve, so that I won't have a leak. Note, both trains are running on manual with no intention of stopping. Dillsboro is close, this could mean an accident with the cars parked there if I'm not fast enough. *Click* Damn, I decoupled by accident, ♥♥♥♥! The P-43 starts to move ahead, pulling the gladhand out. Pssssssss. ♥♥♥♥! Now it's more important than ever to close those valves! I focus on the mega train first, concentrate and match camera speed, mouse hovering carefully, I see the "open" and snap it, with one single move it moves back to "closed" - YES! did it. Quickly onto the P-43, still leaking but moving away, still manually controlling the camera. First attempt, no. Second attempt, YES! Both trains are on their way the P-43 smoothly cruising ahead, I switch the tracks to avoid the crashes, send the P-43 to service and the C-40/C-55 continue their 3600ton trip to Sylva. "Did I pull a slingshot with that P-43?" I am wondering.
Train go choo choo
Отличная графика и интересный геймплей. Правда сценарий коротковат и баги есть...
yea i played it a little, seems alright
A great game! Throughout Early Access, it has improved to be beyond playable, and enjoyable. There is also a very active modding community, that helps with advancements to the game. To be honest, it's a lot of work for a single player, however, it can be done. I have several hundred hours in to unlock the entire railroad. Best played with friends in Multiplayer!
