Cannot talk in game. Beginner players cannot do much of anything. Impossible to get Legendary’s. Cannot talk in game. Players repeatedly chat banned for no reason. Cannot talk in Global Chat or Clan Chat. Players falsely accused by bots and mods. Rules need to be changed. Beginning players have no good champions to start with or good gear. Pretty much cannot do anything in game. Not enough energy or silver. Good luck. In response to developers response. Many players have been chat banned by either mods or bots and committed no violations. Many have reported these issues with the game. Many will no longer talk or respond in game because of the Abuse of Power by Plarium. Like many games I play I have never seen such strict restrictions on language. I did not use no foul language. I simply spelled what a clan had in its name. They did not spell it out either just simply implied it. But games have ways to change words automatically if they determine a word is in appropriate. Plarium should do the same. As they are aware auto correct can put a lot of words in the typers did not intend. Mods can always give a nice caution to like I see them do in one game I played for decades now. Stop forcing players to quit over nonsense bans. I have witnessed several players get chat bans and violated no rules. Arena battles totally uneven and unfair. Cannot beat anyone in either regular or tag team battles. Cannot get good champions. Only draw lousy ones. 50 million silver to upgrade an artifact to 16 level. Absurd. No good draws yet. All lousy rare champions. No Legendary at all.Need Duchess as Log In champion. Impossible to get. Cannot win arena battles. Totally unfair battles. Tag Team Arena horrible. Need to be able to buy Great Hall skills. Nothing but Rares. No Epics and no Legendary’s. New players have no chance. No rewards for events since none of us have any good champions. Still have not drawn a legendary yet. Lousy gear and champions. No getting past 13th stages in any dungeons. Need chickens to upgrade and books for skills. Too difficult to earn them. No good clans to join. No resources. Need Duchess and Ultimate Death Knight. My champions die in one hit. I have no team reviver. Cannot get skills done in Minotaur dungeon. Not enough energy. Game costs a lot to play. No money no champs or gear or resources. Every time you need something in the game they make sure you cannot get it. No wonder no one has resources for events. Everyone is broke for CVC or Draws or Fusions. Can’t get past first stage of Doom Tower. Have to wait four weeks for next one. No champions I have work in Doom Tower. Can’t use silver keys at all. Draws are rigged. Only rares. Ripoff. Spent hundreds and only got repeat rares. Can only get Legendary’s through free logins. Which are useless in game. Have not drawn Legendary yet. Don’t waste money on game. Remove use 5 silver keys in advanced quests. No one can do them. Can’t get past first easy stages in Doom Tower.

Brazenly predatory I’ve been playing for years. The events are back to back- the entire point of the game is to collect champions. The current event costs 19 sacred shards.. do you want to know how much 5 shards cost if you have to buy more because you just used yours on an event barely a week ago? $84…. $84 dollars for 5 sacred shards. But don’t worry, if you want to purchase the little blue shards, with a 1% chance for a legendary.. it’s only $60 for 40 of those shards 😊 We love an unapologetically greedy company!

It's a fun game but it's also heavy into pay to win First every single time you go back to Home Screen or your base you always get a ad. Then they sometimes ad the "you will never see this again are you sure you want to close". WHICH IS REALLY ANNOYING AS I HATE GAMES THAT ADVERTISE WITHIN THEIR OWN GAME. Anyway every single new player is given a free legendary which is cool until you realize you didn't use a code to get one yourself and now In arena EVERYONE HAS A LEGENDARY (WHICH CAN BE LEVELED UP HIGHER THAN MOST CHARACTERS YOU GET IN THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME) this makes it so it's hard to fight people when the whole point of arena is to test your power against other players characters. Then you need multiple of the same leveled characters to level up your own character. This basically means to level up a four star character, you need other four star characters and I meant multiple. Right now all my main characters are level 40 with 4 stars. We mainly are getting three star and below with the only two lowest summoning shards that conveniently do not have a mercy system( if you keep summoning, eventually a mercy system kicks in and gives you a higher rating character) So for me not to spend real money I need to level up and ascend to a higher star rating a bunch of other character just to sacrifice them for your main characters. This can definitely come off as me just complaining but it feels like they made it so hard to level up to make you spend money and I do like games that take a really long time but I wish I knew I'm the beginning that I had to level up a bunch of characters to sacrifice to my main ones before I got so deep into it. Again it also sucks that every time I go to main menu they talk about spending money on shards or something else to buy.

Get chat banned for posting promo codes. Chat bans for just talking in chat too much. Game still bad Not worth the stress. Not worth the money. You have to spend thousands to get anything good. Arena battles are horrendously unbalanced. Can’t beat low level players. Game gives new players Tier S champions while us older players have to play with old champions that are now useless in game. He-Man useless. Monkey King useless. Dorothy so far useless. Rector Drath useless. Kael useless. Those are my best champs and they lose every time to these new players champions. Lost about 50 live arena battles in a row. I have no chance. Can’t get good 6 star gear. Game needs overhaul. My champions cannot even beat a player who puts one champion in the battle. Arenas seriously unbalanced big time. I get one win out of about 30 battles. Cannot get speed gear or speed substats so my champions never go first and most battles I do not even get a hit in. Totally unfair. Plus no rewards in game. New champions impossible to get without spending thousands of dollars to get them.

Goofy energy w race Yall made a game that treats race so weird. Few black characters. When they are done it’s done well usually. But you do stuff that’s clearly hiding subconscious of colorism and white preferences. The new Olympus faction, the black legend is the only one without an aura skill? Coincidence, sure. Kael is dark in original art but you all decided to de-melanate an elf? This is fantasy, why is this so deep for yall to continue exclusion of a concept? You all, who I imagine know of the controversy of the ignorant few regarding the Wicked movie casting of Cynthia Erivo and so make an Oz with not even a green witch without black features, but a white one??? If I didn’t have a character I wanted and an attachment to some of the lore I’d have dropped you all a grip ago fr. What pleasure I do get out of this game will come with some guilt till you all have your meeting with your internal issues that stand out as dog whistles to anyone in alignment in the matter or aware of the matter’s role in the greater societal system and its historic and modern take on this institution.
