Support are Bots Wrongfully banned during fusion and support was of zero assistance. When leaving reviews ‘developer’ requests ticket numbers then review is deleted whenever you attempt to answer. Waste of time and money. The review will be deleted if I type the ticket number, I have already requested account deletion after support continued to disregard.

Should have’s It truly needs to be told in ads IF the game is alliance type to play cause I don’t play those since people don’t know how to act & then maybe you need to start counting uninstalls?! #Deleted

This is my opinion on raid Hi I been playing raid about a 2 year in half and get say it’s an amazing game . Always playing on my free time at work or at home if not on my ps5. But there is things in game that I don’t like and that is way I don’t give it a five star rating. The main reason way is how low % it is to get good characters in game . I understand you just don’t want to give people everything but I believe more people would love the game more if ever few months if he % on opening shards would be higher . Than what you already do .Look the game is great you are always give free, legendary. Keep up what you do but please listen to the ones that enjoy the game . And this game will be around for a long it

Live arena Every time I’m getting close to move to a higher rank, this freaking game will always stuck on the freaking loading screen. Spending the time and money, can’t even have a good time in this freaking game.

Get chat banned for posting promo codes. Chat bans for just talking in chat too much. Game still bad Not worth the stress. Not worth the money. You have to spend thousands to get anything good. Arena battles are horrendously unbalanced. Can’t beat low level players. Game gives new players Tier S champions while us older players have to play with old champions that are now useless in game. He-Man useless. Monkey King useless. Dorothy so far useless. Rector Drath useless. Kael useless. Those are my best champs and they lose every time to these new players champions. Lost about 50 live arena battles in a row. I have no chance. Can’t get good 6 star gear. Game needs overhaul. My champions cannot even beat a player who puts one champion in the battle. Arenas seriously unbalanced big time. I get one win out of about 30 battles. Cannot get speed gear or speed substats so my champions never go first and most battles I do not even get a hit in. Totally unfair. Plus no rewards in game. New champions impossible to get without spending thousands of dollars to get them. Cannot win any of these OZ champions because I can’t win any battles or draw shards. Events are too difficult to do. Tournaments I can’t even get the first reward. Ease up on difficulty of game.

My biggest suggestion Listen, I just wanna say that this is a truly great mobile game, but it would be even better if there was a way to Preview skills within the champion index this is a feature that’s already in games from competitors such as netmarble the majority of their games has this feature for more info on what I’m talking about perhaps you could examine the feature as shown in a game like Marvel future fight, I will be super happy if this gets added thank you UPDATE: i’m going to leave it at five stars because this game really deserves that but I’m going to reiterate the above and say that I still really want to see that skill preview feature don’t you agree that it would be beneficial for players to see how a champion works before they try to go for that champion? I certainly do and I really hope you do thank you.

Too greedy This game has no deals. I think the game would make a lot more money if everything was much cheaper.. i and I’m sure the majority of players can’t get hardly anything do to cost I think if everything was at least 1/2 as much many more players would buy

New players can permanently ruin their start I made the mistake of launching Raid on my iPad before activating the referral I intended to use. I already knew about the referral and planned to use it, but I accidentally opened the game first without realizing that the order mattered. By the time I tried to activate it, it was already too late to correct my mistake. I have only been playing for about a week, but missing those early champions has already made my account feel permanently disadvantaged. There should be a clear warning for new players or some way for support to correct an honest mistake like this. I contacted support several days ago and have not received any meaningful response or help. I have also spent around $70 and received only a couple of disappointing champions. I understand that purchases do not guarantee a Legendary, but I did not initially realize just how low the summoning odds are, including only a 0.5% base chance from an Ancient Shard and 6% from a Sacred Shard. That is especially frustrating because the game itself is genuinely well made. It has excellent artwork, interesting champions, and enjoyable gameplay. Unfortunately, the unforgiving referral system, extremely low summoning odds, and lack of support have left me regretting the time and money I invested. New players should research everything before launching the game, because starting incorrectly can seriously affect the entire experience.

Be Careful spending money and investing into Characters. I’m honestly disappointed with Raid: Shadow Legends. Queen of Hearts was one of my favorite champions, and the recent nerf completely killed a lot of what made her fun and worth investing in. I understand that balancing is sometimes necessary, but when you spend time and resources building a champion you love, having their usefulness suddenly reduced feels awful. Queen of Hearts had a playstyle I genuinely enjoyed, and now she just doesn’t feel the same. This is exactly the kind of change that makes players question whether it’s worth investing in their favorite champions. Please reconsider the nerf and give Queen of Hearts some of the identity and usefulness she had before.
